upgrade kits

Possibly not a bug but not sure. Passing it on anyway as nothing in the patch notes. Upgrade items arent spawning in their usual place. Checked multiple times over the course of the day. Hope you can shed some light on it as nothing noticed in the log.

I believe this part of the changelog is referring to what you mentioned:

Various civilian & LostMC weapon manufacturing changes @Stealthee

They generally try to avoid mentioning details of these kinds of systems as they are better discovered through RP.
