UNMC - Whitelisted Rebels Required age to join?

What is the required age to join the UNMC - Whitelisted Rebels? As i'm 15 but have been playing the server now for a while and was just wondering if there is any chance, at my age, if i sent a application, that i could get in as rebel.

I think the age requirement for UNMC Command is 18 or something, unsure about the joining age.

The joining age will be upto the leaders, I am pretty sure there will be no applications more of an approach in roleplay recruitment, They are to be the most roleplayed rebel group ever seen (better than before)
