UNMC: What are they now?

I don't quite understand the role or purpose of the UNMC after the latest patches..

Could someone explain their new roles to me?

Right now they just seem to be driving around and doing random stuff, so I got the impression they're just a white-listed gang with a permanent base, lol

They have a base but they are no better than the common gang. Their base is located in the redzone on a small island and I believe they have a couple of special veichles but thats about it. They no longer have any real authority, at least like they had before.

I agree, i experience the same things. In my opinium they are being shit on right now since the admins had a fight or something.

We are still whitelisted, and we are going through a phase at the moment. There will be things we can or hae which a normal rebel gang can't

This is incorrect, as they have access to vehicles, weapons and most importantly better vests.

The Carrier rig normal rebels can buy provide more overall protection than our vests.

Our snipers are being removed, our Armed Hellcat has been removed.

We are keeping Striders but we have restrictions within our ranking structure to be able to use them along with the .50cal offroads which rebels can rent anyway, the only weaponry we have different is that we're able to buy the sting which isn't all that great anyway when every rebel can buy a Vermin.

There was a lot of drama and unrest which is the reason we're a lot different than we use to be when our base is finished and everything is up and running you'll see even more change it will not be like what we are now, the reason we're going around at the moment like every other rebel gang is we have nothing else to do until the rest of our features are implemented.

Currently they're mostly like any other gang, but I believe there are some changes in the works. We probably wont know any more for a little while.

Absolutely, when I was killing UNCM the other day, it took 5bullets or so to kill each player.

They were originally a group of people who focused mostly on combat. Advanced sniper rifles, armed vehicles and even an armed hellcat gave them superior strength compared to most other gangs. Not to mention their organisation and large number of members. 

In the end, the admins decided that there was no place for this kind of firepower and purpose on a RP server and decided to turn them into a gang. Hopefully, they will try and maintain an order and a purpose.

After months and months of moaning coming from the rebel side to make a whitelisted rebel position with bigger weapons, Wilco decided to give it a go. 

At first UNMC was a long demanded whitelisted rebel position with only ~5 members(Cant remember excact count), they were selected from the best roleplayers of the server. They had acces to far greater weaponary then the rebel gangs, because they weren't so trigger-happy as some are right now.

Then the demand for UNMC began to rise because of a 2nd server being almost constantly on to forfill the demand of players. This lead to mass recruiting in UNMC aswell as Police. In my opinion this is where it started going down hill, 'newer' players thought UNMC was just a place to kill some popo, some got in because of their application. They were given amazing weapons, remember this weapons were intended to be used to provide UNMC some 'power' over the normal rebels. Now, UNMC has about 40 members and the roleplay is good but it is most certainly not what it used to be.

Then they were renamed to PRNA to make them more like a rebel gang, now they went back to UNMC for some reason. Their base is still under construction and it is just to await what the dear leader decides.
