Thank god for an admin with balls and not some power hungry hide everything shit. More of this please.
On a side note I do feel it's pretty simple to make money with the weed. I would suggest lowering the prices just a tiny bit in order to stop people doing the easiest drug run in the history of drug running.

Then again what do I know. I just shoot people while laughing.

I really don't feel like there's a lack of RP in the unmc zone, Hell I've had the most and best Rp in the rebel zone than anywhere else. Also with the case about the privates I can see where you're coming from. Some have just told me to move along including a few captains and lieutenants, But most of the time when I come through It's a joy. I'll talk with them for a little bit and move on my way. Hell I've even got my main gig with the unmc right now just through RP alone. 

I don't even use the drug dealer in the unmc zone mainly because Kavala has better offers, But if you were to lower/remove the things from the unmc zone I feel like you would be giving people more of a reason to go to kavala then making it more of a camping zone than it already is. But maybe moving the processing or drug dealer to just outside the check point walls would solve this problem. Keep the prices the same, That way it also gives police a reason to actually go a bit more east of the map. Since I've only seen a handful of police ever go anywhere east. Even when the bank there is being robbed a lot of the time no one shows up still.

For the most part I've only ever seen police go as far as Athira check point except a few, but those I have seen that far east are some of the best rp'ers on the server in my opinion. 

To sum everything up:
.More Rp
.Maybe Move the drug dealer or weed processing to somewhere just outside the unmc territory (keep prices the same)
.less, less Rp 

 
In my opinion they should have a drug dealer but not the weed processing..

So gangs that was or are blacklisted could do weed in any conditions...

The idea of blacklisting is to make the lives of those on the list very difficult. They would simply go to Kavala as an alternative,because there are two drug dealers. There is only one weed processor so when they are blacklisted it takes away a type of drug to traffick from them making their lives more difficult.

 
It is alittle comic, that the one's who are robbing everyone at the dealer comes with the "no's"..

Im glad to see that "the independent", (the ones who arent in one of the biggest gangs) have voted more yes's that no's.

On the other part, you do pay for the protection and dealing in the UNMC area.

 
No npc that buys stuff should be in the red zone, it will encourage people to just RDM for money.. And then no one would use that trader making it a useless update
