Its still in the rule page, so I would imagine that it still applies.

And just a heads up: No matter how much you pay, this uniform will never ever gain you anything but terrible hardship. We, the 87th Division, remnants of the UNMC, will hunt you down and tear every bit of fibre belonging to our holy uniform from your cold dead body. We will dispose of you in the deepest part of the southern seas and no one will ever hear from you, or your family again.

UNMC uniforms belong to history and to the fallen heroes of the Corps.

Multiple ex UNMC members still have clothing including myself and Andrej this is not the last set on the server.
