UNMC borders

You do not have to, however if a UNMC soldier finds out your do not have a border pass on you, they will most likely just bring you back to the border to buy one. You will struggle getting in the UNMC land without going through the border.

 
You can buy the pass,but be prepared to face the repercussions of not having it and being caught. One passport lasts until the restart or untill a UNMC member decides to strip it off you )))

As stated above, you don't have to buy a passport however you run the risk of UNMC finding out if they catch you and possibly jailing you and losing your items. It would be suggested to get one but it is optional.

Now if you buy a passport it does last until you leave the server, so you only have to buy 1 per session. Incase that was what you was asking ;) @Juan Martinez
