I've been banned for some 'exploit' of a glitch i didn't even know existed. I've played arma 3 for like a week now and when in a bit of a shootout with the police i got restrained ( whilst knocked out led on the floor ) when i woke up my player stood up and was restrained then he led back down and was suddenly unrestrained, noticing that i had my gun out i just reacted and shot the police officer to try and get out of the situation. In hindsight i probably shouldn't have shot the police officer because something obviously went wrong because i should have been restrained, but banning me for some exploit i had no clue was a thing, is just ridiculous!

So you admit doing wrong but feel you've been unfairly banned for doing that wrong thing?

Perhaps next time, tell the officer out of role play and not using a bug to your advantage.

 
I was with him and we have only been playing around a week and i can vouch for him and say that he did not know about the glitch!

I was banned for purposely exploiting a glitch, which i did not do as i didn't even know it was one. After being told about the glitch and looking back, i shouldn't have shot the officer, but in the heat of the moment i didn't think "oh wait that was a weird glitch, i shouldn't shoot because i might get banned for exploiting a glitch i never knew about" i thought "fuck my guns out, kill him and get out of here"

 
I feel a ban is harsh for this incident, and maybe just give him a warning our something along those lines. The video that got him banned did not give enough evidence to prove that he did the 'glitch' on purpose or was exploiting it. Where as if he was caught doing it multiple times it would make sense, but he wasn't..

There wasnt even a video or screenshot of this apparent glitch exploit, This is complete bullshit, unban him now!

I am just going to say it, you lot are a bunch of braindead cunts... He didnt fucking mean to glitch at least give him a chance and if it happens one more time perma ban him then!

1. You were restrained, stood up for a couple of seconds and then, but only then, crouched (In other words: you stood up after being restrained, then sat down)?

2. You deliberately turned towards me?

I didn't crouch myself, and if i did then it wasn't on purpose, i don't know how you lot are so certain that i used an exploit just because i turned to shoot you, i turned to shoot you because my gun was suddenly in my hands, i didn't even know this glitch existed, as i said i've played for like a week and i'm still a noob

 
just saw the video and it is so obvious what has happened. Awol was prone and you restrained him and then he was restrained, somehow he got unrestrained and went back to his previous state (prone)..........

 
id like to add this man is a well known rdmer/vdmer/fail rper   please dont un ban him
