Unfair trial of Rory and admins words taken over anything??

[SIZE=10pt]        [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt] I am very disappointed with the service of [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]cretin[/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt] situations including one of my friend Rory0987 and [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]many I have seen like it I am not involved in this situation but the way [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]staff and [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]admins[/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt] [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]dealing with this is very unprofessional for a serious community you take words of an admin over anyone as you believe they will tell the truth this is ludicrous anyone can lie especially admins if they know their word will be believed over [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]others in any situation... [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]your banning Rory over what he [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]has [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]stated as a misunderstanding he is not [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]saying Farmer [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]Giles has lied but that what he believed happened and what actually happened are different he is saying he is wrong not [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]lying yet you ban him for this? [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]. for Rory being banned over a misunderstanding is a very poor example you set for your community and is not the way you wish it to be shown to others as many read these forms as I have and the quality of services is not high enough for a supposes serious role play community a recommendation I will make to you is that admins are required to record game play for everdance as do players in game it is highly unfair that admins can get away with what they want without good quality everdance to back it up as people like Rory who are in a misunderstanding with an admin are doomed to be banned from the start therefore making the community lose members who could bring high quality role-play to the community which is what it aims to do! I advise you to reconsider situations like this by making sure there is good quality everdance ADMIN OR NOT. [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]Being [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]an admain means you can keep the community going by banning real rule breakers and hackers not because you got killed in game and suspected that player of rule breaking because you are angry in that moment because you got killed and decided to rage [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]ban Farmer Giles. [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]another strong point I would like to point out is there was no attempt [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]by Farmer [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]Giles to talk about the incident that occurred this in [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]itself I believe is a [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]is a RULE BREAK  as you must consult a player before taking further action and the fact Giles straight up banned Rory with no attempt at contact at all is rediculas how do you expect members to look up to [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]admins[/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt] for an example of how to act when they themselves are RULE BREAKING to a degree[/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]!?!?!?, You banned Rory on a suspicion of using [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]coms[/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt] when restrained yet where is your evidence to prove this?  [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]I am not scared that people have more power over [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]me in a game such as this [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]because of there status such as me being reasonably new and them being an admin, status should not affect situations like this where evidence is key to a fair trial and it would be highly unwise of you to simply ignore this fact as I'm sure many would agree with me on this including [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]admins[/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt] if they truly do take there role seriously as you should be an admin to make the community happy and safe not banning players five minuets after being killed in role play because you are angry you didn't come out on [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]top, [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]five minuets is not long enough to come to a reasonable decision and review all evidence properly and in full before making such an important decision. as much as this is a role play server frustration is still key and is why people do things Giles has a high chance of being annoyed with the situation making a decision without thinking it through properly , and now has to back up that decision that he has made with no evidence as he is an admin and something like this to admit you rage banned would be very embarrassing for himself. Another point I would like to pick up is Giles has not [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]stated [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]at all what Rory said to his friend simply saying you heard something is not enough first evidence is needed to prove this secondly why has he not stated what Rory said as this would help him prove his point and give him a better argument rather than saying "something" in this situation it seems like he isn't sure what Rory said at all and seems very strange that he can act so confidently giving the ban and stating what its for but not give reasonable evidence to back it up at a minimum so a question for Giles is what exactly did Rory say to his friend if you claim to have herd it considering it took about 10 seconds from [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]Rory [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]being restrained to your squad ending up dead  so please quote what he said as you haven't stated exactly what you heard yet when you should have from the beginning if you wanted to make a valid argument?... also relying on a friend for evidence is useless as they will obviously back up their friend no matter what so asking summers for evidence is useless as Rory could ask his friend if he did talk to him in team speak when restrained and then your left in the exact same position... I have covered this situation in a lot of detail and for you to ignore this or simply say what I am saying is wrong would be [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]an outrage[/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt] [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]and would say to me and other members you do not care about the [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]community as much as you say you do [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]and back up my point which [/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt]im[/SIZE][SIZE= 10pt] sure you will not do as you do care about this community. (13.1) Any decision the staff team make is final.

Instead of writing a post on the forums which will cause a storm on the forums why not just get some actual evidence in order about your claim and appeal the ban. Either way your friend will not be unbanned without appealing.

He has appealed and had an unfair trial do you believe what he had is a fair trial? also he is getting recording software so he can avoid incidents like this in the future and where is your admins everdence?

If you have strong evidence of staff lying then take it to the management. But as Fetty showed the admins decision is final. If he had video of the incident he could have shown it in his appeal showing that he wasn't communicating in restraints. But other than that the staff's decision is final. If he still wants to come back he will have to appeal in 6 months.

Your avoiding my questions where is your admins evidence that he did use communication? neither of them have evidence and all Rory is asking for is another chance hes taking action so that this will not happen again showing dedication that he is serious about not ending up in a situation like this again.

No its not better, Its a wall of text... unreadable, I am not going to sit here and pick through it and Im pretty sure 99% of people here wont.

I and my friend have spent time reading the rules and it doesn't change anything if you wont take the time to read my question here it is in simple for you, my friend has been banned in an unfair trial where no evidence has been given on either side but because of Farmer Giles being an admin they have taken his work for it, this is first to ask for Rory to be unbanned as this is his first offence and he is being banned on a suspicion of using coms when restrained by Farmer Giles, there is no evidence for either party and that has been stated and we believe Giles to have rage banned out of frustration in the situation, rory has said he will be willing to get recording softwear for the future so nothing like this will happen again as he does follow the rules showing he is more than dedicated to prove his innocence and prepare for the future, also for the admin team to make sure they have eveidence and not bann people knowing their word will be belied no matter what over others.

This is ridiculous.. I'm not a kid , I'm not going to lie over a game. I didn't brake any rules,  believe what you want to believe. Its just a shame I really enjoyed this server when I was on it ... I never broke the rule but sadly you listen to the admins word even though he dose not  give a detailed description of how I broke the rule FACT. I wish I was recording to prove my innocence. If you Unban me I promise i will download fraps or some kind of software so this does not happen again.

our argument is that it is not fair admins are able to ban people and just say they have done things wrong with no clear evidence knowing they will be believed such as Farmer Giles has done in this situation. all we ask is Rory to have a final chance as he is willing too do something about the situation showing it will not happen again which i believe to be the main worry in this situation . 

I understand the wall of text was not appropriate and i am sorry for that i hope this makes my argument more structured and clear for you Wilco so that you will give a verdict on this situation.

Is this entire thread necessary ? Do you believe accusing members of staff is the way forward? And honestly, do you think people doing these stupid threads doesn't make the admin/admins/staff annoyed? So yes, save the please don't  hurt my feelings speech when your doing a thread dissing the staff, I'm out, peace and love bro
