Undercover?

But is there a undercover police unit? always wondered if there was one

It's not really official, but some high ranking officers might play undercover.

This however, is only usually if all official Police server slots (30 of them) are in use by proper officers.

It's a pain in the Arse though, the amount of times I nearly used my tazer on the Police Commander undercover...

Yes, there was but it got disbanded because 'normal' police officers were doing drugbusts aswell.

Some officers play as civilian and observe other officers to see if they know the rules, laws and how they conduct themselves as an officer. However not many 'Undercover' officers actually observe civilians, but I do believe they are working on something.
