Unbanned but still no access to the server

Hello friends! 
I was unbanned for "vehicle death match" today, but it seems like i am still on the servers ban list because i cant join the servers. Does it usually take some time to get the ban lifted from the servers(perhaps at restart?) I am really eager to begin playing again and i might just be too impatient.

Patience is the key. You will be unbanned you just have to be patient. It may take a little while to process or the admins may be busy.

That may also be part of your problem.
