So i was driving into Kaval and we tried to pull some people over (with Marko,Stickz,Bear Jew,Dante/Witnesses) we pulled over some random  car out side of the kaval bank and thats when DogsLipstick came out and rdmed Dante which ment bounty hunters which were 50m away from us and they started to shoot us. which meant in a gun fight for no reason, Marko killed three of them. I Was taking cover behind a car and at that moment some random person or a bounty hunter picked up a gun and opened fire at me, so i peaked out and so i killed him, 10 Seconds later i got banned for shooting in safe zone when i didnt.I was outside and the person which was shooting at me must of been there, which i didnt know but as a person was rdming me i shot back and didnt look up for the map and i didnt wanted to get killed.

 If i did something wrong please let me know as i didnt know and i wont repeat myself sorry for any rules broke.

Another case of "taking the rules into your own hands"

If this person RDMing you then you report it.... I see in chat a player was killed... i then teleport to that player who is in the greenzone (safezone) and there dead body is there.

Would you do this at the VIP donator shop ?... No... so why are you doing it in the middle of Kavala, I have banned people for this in the past and i will continue to do.

Now this is your second un ban request, you were banned before for  and a number of other events

VDM, Exploiting and now shooting someone who is inside the safezone (cops and bounty hunters can shoot there tazers from the safezone)

Can you explain why on earth this ban should not be permanent ? 

 
To be honest Wilco i dont rly know what to say about it.... if you dont want to give me a chance its up to you mate :/  

I can say that it all was in selfdefense... 

Im rly sorry for killing peaople in "safezone"... it wont happen again if you give me another try

 
Hey Wilco... I know the guy who is accused of the first RDM - roleplay was initiated when his friend was held up by the LA guys - He shot Dante then it all went mad. 

I can vouch for him and NoNonsense. I've just heard his side of the story as well as my friends and I think both chaps are righteous fellows. I can't vouch for all the LA guys - But NoNonsense is a decent chap in my opinion. For what it's worth.

To be honest, I believe everyone would have done the same.. Me, I got RDMed by Dogs Lipstick... We were robbing MrLiability and then he to killed me and he was surrounded by 8 rebels, then another guys appears out of nowhere and kills 2 of us I belive, then NoNonsense after killing the 2 guys sees a guy picking a gun from a dead body and aiming at him after the firefight that was going on, and I believe that in the heat of the battle anyone would have done that !

Dogs Lipstick is my friend. He did not know there were that many guys when he defended Mr Liability. 

Genuine mistake. I would have tried to defend my friend in that situation too. 

 
Without wanting to derail this...I play with Dogs Lipstick and wanted to address that comment briefly - He's been around long enough to know not to RDM and what constitutes it. Yes dying sucks, but if you hold people up (that unbeknown to you were in close proximity to the rest of their gang) and you get killed then it's not RDM.

Dear Wilco,

Nononsense was a terrible player/RPer, the key word being was, Since joining the police his RP has improved vastly, as well as his attitude.

After speaking to Nononsense, who will now be referred to as Zens (as this is the guy I like and I'm proud of), He was genuinely upset last night, and really concerned about this ban.

In effect, his actions were wrong, but I'd have to take the following into consideration;

 - It was heat-of-the-moment action

 - it was self-defence, and this guy could of carried on killing others creating comp requests.

 - Zens is much better than he was when he was just "NoNonsense".

If you unban him, I'll put him on report as an officer, and effectivly ask him to play as a cop full time(ish) for a week. He'll be patrolling with his DI's CI, and those above, or people within his own constabulary trusted to give an accurate report of his actions.

In all honesty, I believe NoNonsense as we knew him should be banned, but the new Zens that we've all seen grow into a fantastic member of the force, should be given a final chance to prove himself.

I'll pass his report directly onto you if you want it, I just really think we'd be loosing one of altislife.co.uk's remarkable success stories, that's probably not known by most of this community.

 
Had no idea he was Zens - And for what it's worth, I've played with Zens as a cop a fair bit and he's been fantastic & enjoyable (and also corrected me a couple of times when i've messed up RP wise ).

I have to agree with Neo on this. I have been watching PC Zens and didn't even have any preconceptions about his previous char because I didn't know it was him. He is a great officer who has the potential to go far in the police. It will be a great loss to the police if this ban sticks.

I echo this 100%. Until last night I had no idea that PC Zens (The guys i've come to like) was NoNonsense (The c***) - My guess is that the nature / nurture debate is strong here. Put him with the cops and he is great. When he's with the rebels is is a lying / robbing / thieving scumbug - Such is the way with *some of these rebel groups. 

Having spoken with the guy last night I think he has genuine remorse and intention to distance himself from some of the bad apples. 

In terms of Dogs Lipstick: Real life friend and long time server player. He is as legit as they come. He was simply defending his mate who was being robbed and as soon as certain LA gang members lose they cry about it. This story is getting very old now.

I have to agree, I have had lots of dealing with NoNonsense and I have even reported him myself, I had the privilege of training Zens and he is an asset to the police force, His RP is perfect and he is a nice guy, It would be a great loss to both the force and the server if we was to lose him.

 
Cannot agree more with everyone, Zens is a great police officer and has become a great rebel too, even if he wasnt so great in the beginning!

He should defo be unbanned, he's a lovely guy and I've always had an absolutely great time whenever I've been online and played with him! I'm sure whatever he done was a massive misunderstanding and we all probably would of reacted the same!

 
What Nosense did was really not cool & you shouldn't take the laws in your own hand.
But at the end behind the PC we are all just normal people and we make mistakes. And yes we also make mistakes twice.

In real life we do this aswell. The difference is if you are willing to be honest and admit that you did wrong. And Nonsense did this. He is aware of it and he apologized. ATM theres really not much he can do than saying sorry and promising to not do it again.

On another note: The Bounty Hunter System is pretty new. Many people don't know that Bounty Hunters can Taze or Shoot in Safezones & sometimes they realize to late that it's a Bounty Hunter and not another Rebel.
I know its no excuse for shooting in a Safe Zone but I think it has a little impact of his emotional reaction.
Im sure if he would have been aware of this he would have stayed more calm instead of letting his emotions go full retard mode.

Of course we all want people that follow the rules and have great RP & that breaking the rules is fucking shit.

But as I said: people make mistakes. And he really regrets it.

So many people confirm how much better he got with his RP and I am sure this will also affect his RP as a Civ not only a Cop.

What he did was wrong.

You asked why shouldn't you make it a permanent bann?

Maybe because sometimes we just have to make an exception and give people even a second chance.
Because at the end: We all got a lot of second chances IRL, didn't we?
