I agree on Candy's spamming and I discussed it with him. He promised not to spam again and he feels sorry for it.

If his actions make this process longer, then very well. In case it is decided, that he will be unbanned, I am still willing to help him pay compensation to Raymond if necessary. 

Important is, he acknowledged his mistake and feels sorry for it.

Member has previously spammed and also contacted every admin he could find listed in the forums.
