Reason given for your ban: C1.2

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: as i said the appeal before i was talking whilst dead and i was yelling inappropriate slurs to admins aswell as players, giving staff members attiude and i was asked in the recent appeal why i did it and tbh i got upset at a game and said it without thinking, i didnt mean to spit the word out but i did and i paid the consequenc , im sorry i didnt get back to the ticket, ive been busy working all week and havent had time to go on my pc,

Why should we unban you ?: as i said before this was over a year ago and i have matured alot and i have been to different servers to learn and deal with what happens and to not speak disrespectfully to staff,

Talking whilst down isn't the reason you we're banned, However the slurs you used and being disrespectful to members of the staff team is why. Now, Why did you decide to do this? 

Explain this day to us so we can have a better understanding.

im sorry been busy at work and havent had time to respond but i did spat slurs out in a fit of rage, i understand that this was unnecessary and hurtful but i wasnt thinking at the time and to whoever i spat the slurs out i am deeply sorry and i will never do this again, i really enjoyed playing on your server and it was my dumb actions that caused me to lose my spot but i ask for one more chance if u will allow me to come back and play back on the server again

Now you've mentioned you had a "Fit of rage", Does this still happen? If so how can we be sure it won't effect your time here should we give you another opportunity?

Having a look overall it wasn't only members of the community you we're rude and disrespectful towards, However the staff team as a whole. From looking it doesn't shout maturity for me, However this did happen a year ago and indeed we can all change within that time. You've mentioned you have learnt to deal with what happens, What do you mean by this and how would it help you here should you have this chance?

 
No i dont have little rage fits anymore i have learned to control my temper in and not give off unnecessary verbal abuse to people, also when i say i have learned to deal with what happens i mean that because its just a game i dont need to be angry at it as it gets me nowhere and shouting at people just leave me to deal with consequences. I have been to other servers including UKRP, London roleplay, SADRP etc and i have learned that the best way to deal with something is to leave it n not spit out words that will cause bad upon someone 

 
I just ask for a second chance and to show u that ive improved on myself and wont let of anymore little tantrums

If you can't follow the server rules, nor the unban rules. How can we be sure that you'll follow the server rules if given another chance? C1.2 is quite a severe rule break..

 
because ive had time to reflect on myself to make sure that i dont do anything like that again, i promise to u and i dont break promises

 
Clearly not, as you've just broken the appeal rules. The above is a cop out, and not something I'm going to take as acceptable given what you said, you've a ways to go.

Answering the question properly and more thoughtfully this time, please, how can we be sure that you'll follow the server rules if given another chance, especially as you've failed to follow the ban appeal rules?

 
I didnt mean to break the unban rules, i didnt know that counted as bumping the ticket, i didnt get no response for a week and didnt know of any other way to get in contact as i can only reply to tickets a few certain times as i dont have time to use my computer, i have read and made sure that i understand every rule as in the general rules and community rules, if thats not thoughtful enough im sorry but im not good with vocabulary and also as i said ive had time to reflect and sort myself out to make sure that nothing like that is said again, and the fact that i dont have any warning points on my account meaning that that was the only offence that i did n it was a stupid mistake

Right.

Firstly I'll say unban appeals are the LAST priority as it is YOUR responsibility to not break the clear rules we have in place. It is YOUR responsibility to read and understand these rules.
It is YOUR responsibility to really show us why you should even be considered back into this community.

You've mentioned you have a tight schedule with work. As do the vast majority of staff.
This is now your FOURTH appeal and yet again it contains minimal effort and quite frankly we've heard these excuses before.

September 16th - You didn't even read the rule you had broken. You wrote 20 words TOTAL. - DENIED

April 9th - Ah you've read the rule now FANTASTIC. You wrote 57 words TOTAL. You gave the BARE MINIMUM amount of effort giving no sentiment or belief to what you actually wrote. - DENIED

April 9th (2nd Attempt) - You've been given the reason handed to you. Yet again one small paragraph was not enough to convince us of a story we hear day in, day out. - TIMED OUT/DENIED

April 22nd - You've reversed into less effort AGAIN. You're busy, you're "sorry", You understand the rules and You've had no previous bans/warning points.

Your 3 appeals were warnings that it just isn't good enough. We're busy and when you put almost 0 effort into telling us why we should unban you then;
1) Are you going to put ANY effort into your roleplay?
2) If you can't even be arsed to spend 10-15 minutes writing a response then WHY should we spend the HOURS of thought, evidence gathering and consideration into something that was YOUR fault in the first place.
3) You've already admitted that you had joined our community underage meaning this isn't the first and ONLY rule you've broken.

In short. Do better.

LAST CHANCE. You have until Sunday evening to answer the following questions with EFFORT and THOUGHT. Convince us. It might help if you actually believe what you write and do some research. A week is more than you quite frankly deserve.

Question ONE)  Explain this to us and the thought process behind saying the things you did. 

Question TWO) How old are you now? (PLEASE DO NOT POST YOUR DATE OF BIRTH OR ANY OTHER PERSONAL DATA)

Question THREE) Please state EACH and EVERY rule you have broken - Even ones you have not been banned for - and explain to us why we have these rules in place on the server.

Question FOUR) Why should we unban you?


If you do not answer these with enough effort, this appeal shall be DENIED. We are an open community with a lot of trust. You have broken this trust. I think it's clear to see I've done some digging so I'll give you a tip, we know more than you think we do. Be honest and prove you really do want another chance.

The appeal has been Timed out, We are unable to keep ban appeals open indefinitely, You may reopen a new appeal but don’t forget to give our rules a thorough read over again here.
