Reason given for your ban: (C5.1)

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I hit a guy with a crowbar without speaking to him first and when the admin said he will ban me for a week I gave him an argument. I was also screaming into my microphone which is totally unexpectable! 

Why should we unban you ?: You should unban me because I got banned 3 months ago and in between being banned I have finished school had a birthday and got a job so I have highly matured. I also think I should be unbanned as if I didn't want to play you server I would of just found another one as I got banned 3 months ago and did a ban appeal and it got rejected so I'm back 3 months later doing another ban appeal because I truly want to play your RP server. I have also re read the rules and have changed my playstyle according to you rules .

Just so I understand this correct, You was informed you would be receiving a temporary ban then argued and got a permanent? I don't think this is the full story now is it, Your attitude was terrible when you was trying to be helped, So what's chanced from then to now that you want us to give you another chance? 

Explain what happened at Auto Exotic that lead to you being talked to and why you believed this was even acceptable to be doing. 

 
Hello thanks for the reply, sorry it took me so long I couldn't find the response.

And I was at the mechanics and I was screaming into my microphone and then I hit one of the members of that mechanics and then he hit my with his crowbar, I persisted  to scream. I got put in someone's car (I was dead) and he said he was taking me to a ditch if I remember correctly. Next thing I get pulled aside my God and he tells me I'm going to have a week ban and it was a shock to me at the time as I was having fun with all of these people on the server, so that's why I was so quick to react in a negative way. I apologise for how I behaved I am not proud of how I behaved on your server. I have re read over the rules and feel like I am worthy enough to re join the server!

The fact then when you was talked to you decided to blame everyone else doesn't really help now does it? 

Why did you decided to go to Auto Exotic and to put it simply act like a child, What was you looking to gain out of doing this?

It was a stupid act from me, I am not proud of what happened at the mechanics. I've been of the server for nearly 3 months and have been playing on other servers I feel as if a have changed dramatically in both maturity and play style. I feel as if you should give me one more chance on this Rp server.

Whilst I understand you are looking for us to give you that opportunity you've also managed to dodge both questions above. We can both agree this was a silly thing to have done to begin with however the one thing we don't know is the why and what you was attempting to gain from doing this?

From looking over how you acted it was more to just troll and to be disruptive as possible, Correct me if I'm wrong.

I apologies sincerely for what I done and am not proud but I would highly appreciate if you where to give me one more chance. To be totally honest I cant remember what really happened with the admin as in between me being banned and now so much has happened IRL, I have finished school so I have been studding I have had a birthday and lots more. I was stupid at the time and new to RP and since been on other RP servers and matured and advanced my play style. Again I'm truly sorry for happened.

How can we assure this doesn't happen down the line should we give you another opportunity? 

Can you please quote the rules that got you here and in your own words explain why you believe we have such rules in place?

I feel as i i commited rule g1.4 wich is spamming. This happend when i was at the garage and i was screaming i also fell as if i could of possibly broke the g4.3 wich is when i was dead i was still acting immaturely and screaming into my microaphone this could also come under metagaming as it is not good rp and could be looked apon as OOC . As i said i have re read over the rules and practice of varrious other servers and devoloped my style of Rp and feel as if i have advanced that to a high enough level to be able to come backon this server and enjoi the company of other roleplayers!

Good Morning! 

In relation to G1.4 this is more so for OOC chat in game, So this wouldn't fall under what you did in this situation also G4.3 wouldn't apply either since that is a different rule as a whole. Since you are unsure why you are banned, Try and log into the server and you will see a ban screen with two rules present with either a C or G it will start with. After this have a look over the rules for said C or G rule listed and follow what I asked above please.

I have been super busy with family stuff so im sorry i havent got back sooner.

Rule C5.1 This is common sense and i feel as if commited spamming and trolling i feel i did this when i was screaming as this is spamming and trolling as it was annoying everyone that was there. In addition this i feel as if i broke rule c1.10. Sorry when i said 4.3 i ment to say 4.4 as when i was downed i was still talking and shouting in an imature may so thats why i put 4.4.

Indeed, The other rules mentioned would be fitting giving the situation you was in however C5.1 can also cover all the rules you've listed. 

Reading up on your previous response you mention the following "devoloped my style of Rp and feel as if i have advanced that to a high enough level to be able to come backon this server" Can you explain this for us? 

 
Hello! Thanks again for the reply and taking your time to listen to me.

I have been on other servers such as giant pandas not pixle and a few others. As i have played i have met new people in roleplay and got in various situations such as fights, freindships and have actually come face to face with trollers and now i know how it feels i have just changed my play style completly and how i play them game. I have also had various jobs from an AA driver to a gang member and from a bugershot worker to a garbage man. With the 100+ hours i have played on other servers i have a exceeded beyond where i thought i would be now with how much fun i would be having in rp and meeting new freinds.

Very well, I'll give you another opportunity to return and prove yourself to us via what you've learned since you've been gone. I believe you have a better understanding of the rules since you have read them going from what you've mentioned above by quoting other rules that may have fitted for yourself. If you do end up finding yourself back in this section moving forward the next time won't be as easy since you would of broken the trust we are giving you by allowing you back.

Don't make the same mistakes twice and don't let us down.
