Why do you think you were banned: I think the reason why I was banned was because I opened the advent calendar on multiple accounts/characters, and now I am just as confused because I don't know if it's because of the fact that I had multiple avatars and opened it (i wanted to delete them the next day/today except for that one which i was satisfied with) but now I tried to log in and saw that I was banned for clarification it was because I wasn't happy with the result of the appearance because the face was never that good for me. Until the last one i did where i prefered it and just let it be.

After some thinking I think I realized the reason why I was banned was because C2.2 Exploiting also counts as when I create multiple avatars and then open the calendar. I didn't try to exploit at all honestly. I didn't even know but after I thought about the situation more again it makes more and more sense now why I got banned. Because creating multiple characters to open advent rewards and then deleting them can be considered exploiting as it might harm the economy or even worse if everybody would do it, it might destroy the server as well.
Why I think I've been banned?
I think it's due to the fact that I created multiple avatars with no ill intent I just was never happy with them (atleast the face) and well after 1 day or even within the same day I got the ban and it was genuinely stupid from me to even attempt to make it. I shouldn't have opened the calendar. I thought also firstly that duplicating items would fall only under the circumstance when I transfer it over to another character which I never tried to do and would never do.
C2.2) Exploiting
Permanent ban
Using or attempting to use any exploits in any of our community game servers such as but not limited to duplication of items or money, transferring/processing items through walls and windows or bypassing intended animations. Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal. If you discover an exploit that nobody else knows about, please reveal it to a staff member privately in order to ensure that it does not get abused in the future.
Why I think this rule is put in place? In my situation atleast it would have drastic consequences for as i said up there, the ingame economy also it gives me an unfair advantage. Also it is in place to maintain balance and fairness through the server, otherwise everyone could duplicate money and just do the same which would just harm the server in general. I should have asked in a ticket atleast if it's fine to do. Because in my mind firstly it seemed okay, but after the ban hammer came down on me I think I realized atleast and understood why it happened, even though I think it might have been a mistake firstly because it looked suspicious, but if this counts as duplicating items, I wasn't really able to delete them by this point since I only wanted to keep 2 characters and not the other ones i created. I apologize for breaking this rule.
How can the staff trust me after what I did?
I honestly didn't know that I was breaking a rule, all I ever attempted to make was a second character and I was never satisfied with it (i can even show discord chats with my friend where i told him that on this day), but even though I didn't do it on purpose I acknowledge the mistake I have done, and I really wanna get back on the server since it's the only one I played in the last time. I haven't been here for long (only 10 months) but I genuinely had fun here. And for the next time when such calendars or anything in this way are there, I will be smarter and just do it on 1 character and if I have any question regardless situations like this I would just open a Discord ticket. I've always tried my best to show good behaviour, to not break any rules.. and to be fair this mistake which has happened from my side will never occur again. I'll be more cautious. I've read the rules already multiple times but sometimes I feel really stupid for obvious stuff which should rationally seen, I should be like ''well this will give me a ban if I do it'', and I wasn't thinking rational at the moment because I thought. I'm not stubborn or anything when it comes to. I know you guys do this voluntarily while having work and so on, thats why I am genuinely sorry for taking your time with this appeal as well. I've been long enough here to know what gets me a ban and what is okay to do. But sometimes I don't know it myself.
What do I think you’ve learned from this experience?
That even when I don't think what I am doing is bad, it still might be a rule break, intentional or not, a rule break is a rule break, I can not change it sadly, because looking back at it I wouldn't have done that. But I was just really naive into thinking that it might be okay. I really never had the exploiting rule in my mind too when I did this, because I never thought it might be exploiting in the first place.
Why I think I deserve another chance?
To fix this issue I have made some decisions for myself
My first step would be that for most of the time when something is unclear for me even when my head tells me it's okay, I will just ask for guidance from the staff via discord ticket or OOC ingame.
My second step would be I would have to be more cautious with whatever I do in case I get unbanned, because I will be on a 6 months FBS so any ban I would get would lead to a perm again and would send me back to the forums.. even though I hope I could avoid it because it's a first time offense with no ill intent, but I don't think I get around it right? If not then I adhere to it and try my best to stay as clean as possible when/if I get unbanned. because I really learnt from it and I should always think twice or even thrice before attempting to do such a thing even when it doesn't look like for me that it is banable, which sets me back again at the point where I should either seek guidance from the staff or just let it be.
Thirdly I will avoid similar situations from now on. And the best way to do it is, when I just keep 1 character and the other ones should be deleted.
I will delete any character aside from my main one so I don't do anything by mistake again since I really didn't do it on purpose.
When I'm able to return I will try my best to avoid any kind of rulebreak which has worked well until the exploiting ban.
Why do I want to return to this server?
Because I really have much fun here, and it makes me kinda sad that I can't be with my friends for the time I'm banned. Which also makes me realize while writing this that I should still be more cautious with whatever I do.
Do I understand the impact your actions could have had on the server?
I do understand the impact my actions could have. Like i said before, if everybody would be doing it, it could crash the economy of the game. and also could ruin the experience for others. I'm really sure it won't happen again (in case of exploiting) because at any time at any moment anything can happen but I will try humanely best to avoid any rule break. Which as I said also before has worked good until my exploit ban.

I understand why I got the ban in the first place and I acknowledge and stand for the mistake I have done, but I just wanna mention as well that I didn't do it on purpose or with any ill intent, like destroying the experience for others, or destabilizing the ingame economy, at the start I didn't even know I was breaking a rule, but at the end, the better of my mind got me and clarified everything for myself. And I should just stay away from doing such stuff. I should just do the roleplay I've done before without trying to make any change.
I still hope you all have a beautiful new year I still hope that this can be sorted out really quickly, and that I get another chance. I had different talks in the past with staff members and every time I talked to them they were really helpful, and I hope for a clarification about all of this, is this the reason why I got banned?
