In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: because i made a new character and transferred the money over to another character.

Why should we unban you ?: i think i should be unbanned because i have read all the rules again carefully and i understand why i got banned and i promised myself i would not do it again I would also like to apologise to you the mods for causing you trouble and only if I had read the rules correctly in the beginning when I joined the city would it have been okay. I can not ask for much more since I can not change what I did, but all I ask is that you read and consider to lift the ban.

With this rule it's more common sense this wouldn't be allowed, So what was the goal you had by doing this ? 

How can we be sure you won't simply do the same again should we offer you another chance?
