In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I know why I was banned and I know what I did wrong, I was just annoyed because I did nothing wrong and this 229 member decided to pit my car and stick me up when I was simply doing food deliveries which the majority of them end up around the 229 area. And he seemed to believe that I was circling the area and when I told him that I wasn't and I was doing food deliveries and he proceeded to try and rob me when I did nothing wrong, and when I told him I was only doing food deliveries and I was not getting out because I done nothing wrong he then shot me and dunked me and my car. And I know what I done after was not in anyway by the RP guidelines and was probably an over reaction and a bit excessive but I just reacted badly because I was annoyed and literally just minding my business at the end of the day, but that did give me no right to act like that in OOC.

Why should we unban you ?: Because I know what I did was wrong and that it was an over reaction I was just heated because I was grinding and got killed in the process for a silly reason in my opinion. During my time in the city I have always been for the RP and enjoy greatly and always go along with it as me and my friends like to RP as well. I'm not one to cause havoc or in anyway to do this kind of thing again as I like to think I learn from my mistakes and this is one of them.

So what happens the next time someone does something that you don't like? How are you going to control this "anger" of yours?

@Robbie Well now I know what kind of  consequences follow when I do that kind of thing as I have learnt the hard way, and not to say it was quite childish on my behalf.

Do you know why we have ooc chat, If so please explain why we have it.

Well I mean simply if a situation like that happens again where it’s annoying or frustrating it’s probably best to just keep my mouth shut or to just simply go offline for a bit to avoid a situation like that again. And I believe OOC is used for out of character stuff like glitches and issues or if you need help from staff I believe.

Indeed, OOC Chat is for help, Whilst yes staff do monitor this players often help each other as well, So knowing why we have an ooc chat why did you not keep it to the reason it's there and decide to let it be your showcase?

If this is the manner you conduct yourself with being robbed, What would happen if someone downed you, Would you then break more rules because you disliked the situation you are in?

No I would not because I would not really want to go through this process again, as I can imagine it is not enjoyable for you neither is it for me. And I guess it was just a rash decision in the heat of the moment, but knowing the out come of acting that way I highly doubt I will be doing anything like that again.

Can you quote me the rules you've broken that got you here and in your own words explain why you believe we have such rules in place?

Those rules that I broke are there to keep the OOC for what it is required, and to keep everyone happy, and to stop people from being rude to one another. C1.2, C1.3

That's one of the rules, What about C1.2?

C1.2 is a discrimination rule, so anything like racism and being homophobic leads to a ban

Reading over the appeal I'm not to convinced that this won't simply happen again moving forward, As in your own words it was "Heat of the moment" and you don't believe it would happen just because you now know the outcome. This to me doesn't install much confidence as the only reason you wouldn't do something is due to disliking the appeals process, However not really accounting for your own actions that got you here to begin with. 

As such I'll be going ahead and denying the appeal and placing a one month cooldown period, Meaning you will need to wait until August 9th 2022 before you are able to re-appeal the ban and we will go from there.
