In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I know i was banned for combat logging twice but i only did it once. However the player said i started selling on his turf when i was there before him and we was chatting. As i was about to log off leave he tried to rob me after we was both selling on the same turf for around 10 mins. To be honest i just got annoyed and logged off i am sorry i was tired and should of played out the roleplay and im sorry i ruined the roleplay experience for the other player. 2nd time i was accused of combat logging i was just parking my bike and then went to sleep i dont think i did anything wrong the 2nd time

Why should we unban you ?: I really like this rp server and have been on here for over a year and never any problems before, i will pay compensation to the player in question if needed. I always play out rp situations if you could look at my play history this isnt something i normally do im a fair rp player and play by the rules. Playing out robberys is one of my favourite rp scenarios. This is my first offence and i have played for over a year and it will certainly be my last offence. I look forward to your reply and hope to be back on the server soon.

Surely you would've logged off before the RP interaction happened, not during when you were clearly pissed that it you had gotten involved in Hostile RP with the other player?

What about his roleplay? You've not only ruined his experience, but you've also ruined his immersion by leaving mid situation.. Is this a common occurrence? Do you enjoy leaving RP interactions mid situation when you're about to "lose" so you can take that "win"??

 
I do apologise for leaving mid rp and leaving the player. And this isn’t something I would normally do been robbed/robbing people are some of my best and funniest rp experiences.

I literally had a few more bags to sell then I was logging off anyways this guy just caught me as I was about too and I took advantage and I do regret it.  

This isn’t a common occurrence I was just pissed that he was all friendly first then tried to rob me 10 mins later i don’t know that day at that time I was just pissed off and took advantage of the rules when I shouldn’t have, I should of played out the rp situation regardless of how I was feeling.

If it i was in this situation again i would play out the rp regardelss how i was feel. Fivem is one of my top 3 played games and i dont want to be banned again so this type of thing certainly wont happen again.

This just tells me that you'd have happily sat there, not roleplaying with anyone to earn money but quit at the first instance that someone initiated in Roleplay with you....

Do the following;

  • Quote the rule you broke
  • Explain it in your own words
  • Explain why its in place

Combat logging is leaving the fivem server while in an rp situation to gain an upper hand over another player/players.

I believe rule is in place to stop players ruining others experiences by logging out during roleplay situations such as getting arrested or detained, getting robbed.

I do roleplay with everyone normally i dunno just this time life was in the way man, i was just pissed all the time, Im sorry again. 

 
Are you aware these types of ban come with a wipe of your inventory?

Also,

What happens in the future when you're pissed off? What happens if someone RDMs you? What happens if someone breaks a rule towards you?

What will you do?

 
Could the contents of my inventory at the time go to the player in question?

If i am pissed off while in an rp situation again i will play out the rp then log off.

And RDM is considered a rule break right? (G1.2) 

But if someone does hold a gun to me and try to rob me i will play out the rp situation, i have learnt from my mistake and wont do it again.

Im sorry i didnt read it right, if someone did RDM me i would take a screenshot and a gameclip and try and resolve with the player if i cant resolve with the player within 24 hours id send the ID number along with the video clips to a staff member. 

 
You've had a really clean record until this ban, I hope next time you don't break a rule because you're pissed and or wanting to go to sleep. Go to sleep prior to potential RP interactions that could start.

Wipe has been completed on your inventory, any ban within a 6 month period will be a permanent due to Fair Ban System.
