In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: combat logging, i was in prison and i had a fight and was killed due to a stream sniper trying to get me out of prison, other wise they would not have known i was there however i understand it is still a rule break but i didnt have any stuff anyone could steal and i wasnt taking any rp away as i was in prison and time was irrelevant as i was in prison

Why should we unban you ?: i understand the rules i broke in rpuk and at the time i was new to rp, however since then i have been round lots of other cities and i have not been banned or kicked from any major rp servers, i have taken time to improve my skills massively and i was previously staff on another city, you will not catch me breaking any rules and you will gladly see a level of rp that you expect from myself and any other player. i hope to come back to rpuk to prove this and to assist with show casing rpuks roleplay and the server

So, in a span of a month, you managed to accumulate a wopping 3 bans and 4 warnings, and this now being your 4th ban. 

Considering you can't be bothered to follow simple rules, just like the one, which ultimately got you banned, why should we waste time and ressources unbanning you?

because in life people make mistakes and i was very new to roleplay at that moment in time i was not fully aware or understanding all the rules in place, and since being staff myself i have understood i didn't make life easy for myself or for the staff who are doing their jobs for free and wasting they only time dealing with people like myself, however the roleplay u can see from myself now is a very high standard and i would not be wasting any time or resources should i be allowed back into the city, your probably aware i am a streamer and i have many people from rpuk that watch me and can vouch that my rp has changed a hell of a lot for the better.  rather then loosing my temper and combat logging i should have got the clips and evidence of what happend to me and posted it to staff however it was me that decided to combat log and that was wrong

Whilst yes people in life do make mistakes, You we're also provided with more chances then many others wouldn't of received and for that to be thrown back in our face isn't a great look overall, More so when we did spend quiet a bit explaining the rules to yourself however your disregard for them is less than desirable. 

You mentioned that you and I'll quote "Was previously staff on another city", If this is true then you of all people should know the rules are here to better both the player base and community as a whole no?  

All over the month you we're here "Roleplaying" you broke a multitude of rules as mentioned above, However when you we're talked to many times you complained about this even happening. I'm not highly convinced so I'll give you a shot to convince us.

i agree i was and i should have just shut my mouth and listened but i didnt, im happy to admit that. 

yes i also agree the rules are here to better if for everyone and you need to act on them and u need to be firm and you spent way more time educating myself then i would have with anyone else, i have said many times when i was staff that i realise the s**t i gave you guys and thats stuff that you have to deal with all day and i didnt make it easier but at least i had the chance to realise that.  everyone just wants great scenes and interactions and no one to break any rules to affect that and i completely understand.

Streaming isn't just a bit of fun anymore for me this is my full time job now and i received twitch partner last night, all this has come from me roleplaying so i must be doing something right now. i cant really convince you with words as much as i can show you which is why im asking for a chance to return for that opportunity to prove that my rp is completely different to before. i wont disappoint you and i hope that i will be a pleasure to be around the city.

Also, let´s talk about your conduct after your ban. As you are surely aware, we are not blind to twitch and the way you talked about RPUK and it´s staff was... well... anything but flattering. I remember statements like "Fuck appealing", "The server is shit", "Staff don´t know what they are doing" and so on and so on... Why the sudden change of heart?

i believe thats the only time i can remember certain offences such as talking whilst dead, rdm and combat logging i can not remember what the other offences are.

im not going to lie i did say stuff like that, i threw my toys out the pram cos ive always enjoyed rpuk and i had a tantrum but after being staff, im sure your not blind as you stated ive said many times i feel bad for the way i was with staff on rpuk as i learnt from my experience as staff and bouncing around other cities and gaining experience. ive never slated the city as a whole i always enjoyed rpuk and met many great people.  the change of heart is because ive swallowed the pride i didnt have and im publicly admitting that to show that i respect your decisions and agree to them.  i know  theres a very very slim chance that i will be allowed back and from a staff point of view i completely understand if you refused and would respect, i just aim to come back to show that i have changed and hopefully make scenes that you and the community will really enjoy and prove that allowing me back in would be a good thing for the community rather then not. ive made a big change to my rp and being staff obviously i cant break rules and have to lead by example i have a large mod team now that are very very active on meta and stream sniping aswell so i have a team to back that side of things so that myself, the viewers and other plays can enjoy a geuine rp expirence

I do also remember you saying "I will not appeal this" and "I won´t come back", not too long ago... Yet, you are here again. 
Also, regarding the combat logging, there has been at least 2 more occasions of you doing this. 

When it comes to this appeal, I get the strong feeling that you are telling us what you think we would like to hear, thus I will not let you return today. 
I will instead enforce another 1 month cooldown to show us that you will not throw your toys out of the pram once again and are genuinely wanting to come back, behave and stick to our rules. You might not always like them or find them silly or what else, however, this is our home - we make the rules and we do not have to let you in. Nobody here is entitled to play on our server, we decide who does.
