Why do you think you were banned: because i sent my boyfriend money from my other character
Why should we unban you: the reason behind me sending him the money was because id been asking for help behind this new character as i was making to be part or the nhs or police department as i didnt want to do that on my main character due to being semi involved in gangs so i wanted a new persona for that reason. my character was female that i created (as im female and dont want any male characters), i was kicked due to my name so id joined back up and changed it...as i was going on to the customise section, i had changed to male??? i tried getting help but i just kept getting dead answers that were nothing to do with the situation so i tried solving it myself. i sent him the money entirely down to because i thought if i deleted the character i wouldnt get my starting money back which i needed. yes i understand this is my fault but me and my boyfriend have worked hard for everything we earnt just like everyone else and we didnt do this to try and get an advantage on others because we want to work for what we want, i am very sorry for doing this but as i will add im also very new to FiveM and i find it very unfair youve instantly perma banned us for this as weve only played this server for around 2 weeks...all i want is for that character to be deleted so i dont have a male preset (it wouldnt let me delete it myself in the end). so could you please at least speak to us about this as it will never happen again.

You sent him money whilst he was actively gambling in the casino. You then logged off that character and onto your one made on 07/12/24. You transferred starting money, and made no attempt to make a new character.

There isn't much point in going further without the formalities, so:

Your character Em Caddel will be deleted and Amelia Star will receive a full wipe of all assets, starting from scratch should your appeal be successful. Your boyfriend will recieve the same.

Do you accept this?
 
Phone contacts are not assets.

Money is issued on a per-character basis. Why would you attempt to obtain money you'd received on one character on another via a third party?
 
i did it because i was getting no help in discord and i was going to delete the character and start again but by doing that i thought i would lose the starting money (i understand now that it wouldnt have effected the starting money but before i didnt know this as i stated im new to FiveM and this server itself) i didnt do this to give myself extra money or anything and at the time i didnt know he was in casino because yes, hes my boyfriend, but i like to just do my own thing. he was trying to help me resolve the issue i was having. im not making any excuses and i understand this situation is entirely my fault but like i said, i promise this was by no means harm to get an advantage on others and we both are really sorry for this incident. the whole reason for Em Caddel was so i could either be apart of NHS or the Police Department since im semi involved with gangs on Amelia Star, so by making Em Caddel, i wasnt effecting Amelia Star's persona.

You have received the same punishment that everyone else also received when breaking the same rule, you broke the rules that you agreed to when joining the server so you must also take the punishment. Why should you received special treatment?

This is spawned in money and can have an effect on the server economy, sure you must see this is not an intended feature of the game?

Reading in to this appeal I don't see how accountability for you breaking the server rules has been taken
