Unban Appeal for xRy4nCx
In-game Name: Ryan Carling

Reason given for your ban: G3.1
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for breaking G3.1 which is OOC information rule. I know why I was banned and that was due to me listening to suggestions made to me in discord to assist in another situation. I was given information at the time that changed my perspective on a scenario and altered what I done In-game based on the suggestions and information I received.
Why should we unban you ?: I would first like to start of by expressing my deepest apologies to those who were affected by my rule break and to the staff team for my poorly judged actions.
At the time of the rule break we were just chilling out in discord having a laugh about things that weren't related to in-game situations as most of us do, then the situation occurred with the person I was talking to at the time and he suggested to come and assist. I said no at the time but then slowly made my way down to the situation that's when I arrived close to the scene and noticed a helicopter flying above the area and that is when I started making the dispatches about a helicopter flying low etc. In the back of my mind I knew what was going on due to being told OOC. As I see it now that even if I didn't act on all things suggested to me at the time my decisions were still in fact swayed due to what I knew about the scenario as much as I tried to keep it all IC regardless I do know it was a rule break and have the deepest regrets for doing what I have done. I can only hope that the people I have affected can forgive me and my actions. In future if I do happen to be given another chance I know that what I have done is not acceptable and from now on whilst playing the server I will be muted or not even in a call at all whilst playing to avoid any chance for my decisions to be swayed by OOC means.
I understand I've had a few bans in the past but I feel like I have learned from them and I'm mostly disappointed to let my standards slide this one time since previous bans.
For the past couple of days I've been rather disappointed with myself for allowing myself to do this as I'm usually really good when it comes to separating information from OOC and not acting on it. I do enjoy being a part of the community and the people I've got to know whilst here have been amazing. I would be rather disappointed to be turned away from this community as it's been my main community for over a year now and have enjoyed every part about it. I can guarantee this will not happen again.
