In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Transferring loot to a new account and profiting

Why should we unban you ?: First of all I have not had any prior involvement with breaking server rules, all I did was make one mistake, I got bored of my character twice, and made a new account, with new rp, new name, new storyline etc, and I would delete my previous account. To not lose progress in my materialistic things ie money and cars, I would transfer them over to my new account. I wouldnt make money from this, I would lose money from transfer fees, and also If I knew it was against the rule it would be stupid to risk everything I have worked for, for a measly 35k. I tried explaining this all to the admin handling my case. I was very empethatic and didnt want to be an annoying individual which Im sure he deals with all the time, I was trying to help him understand I wasnt making money off this and that if he wanted to he could remove the money he thinks I have made, all my money made on this server was from hard work, trucking, taxi,casino luck, etc etc. But he didnt want to hear me out snickering at me and honestly felt like he was trying to belittle me, all throughout I understand what fivem admin go through I was trying to be so respectful and just making his job easier. I understand 1000% I broke a rule and I can only offer my apology, but I was hoping that I would be treated with a bit of sympathy and I would of understood a few day ban or even a week, I just believe a perma ban was really not necessary. I hope what I have wrote has come through as understandble, if you dont understand what I was trying to say, which I completely understand seeing as this is over text, I am more than happy to get in a call whenever to explain my case in voice. Thanks for taking your time to read this and I hope this can be resolved. Thank you

Now, your appeal seems very deflective. To address the situation with the staff member, you kept on debating and going over the same point over and over again when he tried to explain to you it simply does not matter if you gained money from it or not. That is not being respectful. He was not laughing in your face, as you claimed later on in a discord message, he was snickering at the fact that you seemed to disregard his responses to the point you brought up multiple times. 

Now, let´s move on to the rule break. 
I will tell you the same thing as my fellow staff did. It is irrelevant whether or not you made or lost money doing what you did. You broke server rules. This specific rule break comes with a permanent ban and a full character wipe by default for everyone, you will be no exception to this. Which means, you will be losing everything material on your character if we decide to unban you.

Knowing the punishment, do you wish to go ahead with this appeal?

No its fine, I tried being respectful, but if its being seen as me being deflective or keep debating, I dont wish to be apart of that community, but to clarify, I understand a rule was broken, I only stated I made no profit, because thats the term the admin on the case was going on about over and over, I would go over couple other things you stated but its just a waste of my time and yours, its a shame the server had potential. oh and ps " This specific rule break comes with a permanent ban and a full character wipe by default for everyone, you will be no exception to this" check recent ban appeals, the admin "Liam" was seen to be understanding and unbanned a player with the same ban with no repercussions. Liam if you read this, I hope the server has more admins like you in the future.
