Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for exploiting game mechanics and transferring items between characters.
Why should we unban you: It has been 1 month since my ban, and it has definitley been enough time for me to think about what i have done. In my previous appeal I explained the circumstances leading to my ban and that it was stupid and selfish. In the month I havent been in the city i have done a little bit of fivem server developing my self, and i have learnt how important it is that people stick to the rules and follow the guidelines in place to ensure everyone has a pleasent experience. I understand you may think my focus is money orientated but i would absolutley be able to prove you wrong. I have deeply missed the roleplay and my character and all the people that i have met along the way in city and it would be an honour to be allowed back in.

If i was to be successful in my appeal id be able to prove to you that i am a man of my word and will provide great roleplay for everyone within the city.

Looking back now on my actions i know that it may be hard to believe what i am saying but for me to be able to have my position back in the city to show i am not money orientated would be great.

I hope whoever reads this and deals with my application is well and thank you for the time you dedicate to deal with this.

Hopefully I will be back in the city and hopefully we can make ammends..

Good evening @willz65 , I hope all is well with you tonight!

What is your purpose on RPUK? Essentially, from what we've seen so far you have a win mentality and want to gain an advantage over other players thus will break rules in the process.
This is a serious roleplaying server, we're looking for players who can enjoy any given roleplay scenario and also provide high quality roleplay for others to enjoy. We're not looking for players who are here to gain a quick bit of cash.

The first ban you received was because you lied to us about losing a huge amount of money to a hacker, so this is now the second time you've tried to grab yourself some quick cash or gain an advantage over other players.
Personally, I don't think you're here for roleplay.

If i came back to RPUK i would only provide great RP for not only me but for other people. I know what I have done doesnt seem that trustworthy, but please believe me when i say i can be trusted. In the time i have not been in RPUK i have learnt alot about the RP community and have realised there are not that many great serious RP servers out there. I do agree with what you said about my first ban when i was being naive and stupid trying to get money fast and i can see why that has led you to think my only intention is to be rich and no provide serious RP. With my second ban my intention was not to be banned and not to gain money quickly, i dont know my intention or what i was thinking but what i do know it was dumb.

I would appreaciate the oppurtunity to sway your opinion and i know i can show not just you but everyone i am here for roleplay.

In my eyes, if you were already banned and warned for something similar, surely at this point you'd have gone ahead and read over the server rules meaning you'd know that transferring items between characters is against them?
Even if you didn't read those rules, surely it's obvious that doing this is not an intended feature of the game else everyone would have a couple million within a few hours?

I do agree with what your saying, I did read the rules and I was aware that transferring items between characters was against the rules. I was evidently not thinking at the time, and I suppose just wanted to see if it was possible. I know this sounds really hard to believe and to trust, like i said before i know what i did was wrong and in the time of doing it i was being stupid and careless.

Hopefully you can see what im trying to say and hopefully you can trust me.

It is easy to believe what you're saying given the track record.
When you were banned the first time, your excuse was "It was worth a try" knowing full well that you were breaching server rules.

Your excuse this time is "I wanted to see if it was possible" also knowing that you were breaking the server rules.
Bottom line is, you knew what you were doing and was in hope you didn't get caught, but you did. I'm not willing to run the risk of allowing you back here yet.
