In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: G2.9 - Items or cash being transferred to another character.

I was banned for transferring 150,000 cash (I'm not sure the exact amount) from one character to another plain and simple it was a stupid choice to make at the time.

It was a stupid choice I made thinking it would be easier to just give one of my characters more money just because I was feeling lazy at the time and didn't play the server as much anymore and didn't want to grind out cash, it was such a dumb and idiotic decision to make and I have to reap the punishment I was given for the actions I took.

Once I was banned I didn't think much about it at the time, slowly it sank it how much I regret it seeing that I would never be able to comeback to the friends and community I had the privileges to be apart of for the year I played and worked hard to achieve the milestones I hit. Playing this server was the first time I actually found a FiveM server with the perfect balance of Roleplay and Enjoyment with the serious element of the world giving some unforgettable memories that I experienced whilst running around with friends getting into chases, kidnapping, and just ridiculous scenarios that unfold on the daily. RPUK was an amazing stress reliever being able to escape life's daily burden and issues and fall into a rabbit hole of endless possibilities.

I would like another chance for Thomas Tempo to rejoin the community and build back relationships that he once had. I understand that this was a unforgettable and heinous action I took out of pure laziness and stupidity ruining my future within the community, I truly do apologize and take full responsibility for my actions and would love to have another chance to be apart of such a great community again to create more memories that I'll never forget.

Me wanting to appeal is so that I have a chance to return and play again, time and time again I find myself sucked into the FiveM rabbit hole on youtube which really makes me itch to play again and this is the only server that I feel is really well balanced to my liking and truly enjoy to its core.

I didn't even really intend on playing at the time when I transferred the items I just did it on a whim one day because I was acting like an idiot and was bored with all my pc games. It was recently that I really wanted to play again and realizing what a stupid mistake it was I was just gonna see if I could come back to RPUK since it was the first server that I actually enjoyed being apart of if not I understand im not pressed about it just wanted to apologize for what I did and see if I could be given a second chance at the end of the day it is what it is

Can you quote me the rule you have broken, explain it in your own words and explain why you think we have this rule in place.

(G2.9) Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method.

This rule is clearly in place to prevent people ruining the money gain from authentic roleplayers. Also to prevent someone transferring items and money to a new character that could be done to avoid any roleplay lines on one character and get the rewards on a new slate. 

This rule is very cut and clear, Im not here to deny or deflect the facts that I did break this rule. I was acting stupidly without really thinking about the repercussions and I truly regret my actions I got exactly what should happen from any well established community server. I was just hoping I could be given another chance but I understand whatever happens happens with your choice becomes. I do appreciate you all taking your time to respond to this thread thank you.

I was acting stupidly and was just being lazy because I didn't really have a plan when I did it it was randomly one day when I wasn't really playing the server without really thinking about the repercussions and I truly regret my actions. I don't really know why I broke it at the time I was probably high at the time but I wasn't really trying to use that as a excuse that's why I responded like that.

I'm just trying to apologize and ask for a second chance not trying to drag it out with lies or fluffing up what I did, at the end of the day its just a video game so whatever happens happens

I believed that the fact that I got caught was a significant reason to prevent me from breaking the rules. I realize that just getting caught isnt enough to truly change my behavior. I understand that it's much better to follow the rules and play the game fairly then to cheat and risk getting banned. This is something that ive learned from watching fivem videos on youtube and twitch, I genuinely believe that playing fairly is more enjoyable than exploiting game mechanics and ruining others fun.

I want to apologize for my actions I understand that they not only got myself a ban for me but also took up valuable time from the moderators. I recognize that my behavior was selfish and stupid, and I'm truly sorry for any harm that I may have caused.

I took the time to review the server rules thoroughly. I wanted to understand why the rules were in place and how they effect the community the economy and the roleplay experience. This helped me to see the bigger picture and to understand that breaking the rules has consequences that go beyond just getting banned in general.

I know that I may not deserve it I would like the opportunity to prove that ive learned from my mistake and that I wont repeat it. I'll do whatever it takes to regain the trust of the community and the staff. I understand that this will take time but im willing to be patient and work to get back what I lost. I want to apologize once again for my behavior and any harm that it may have caused. I hope that you can see that im genuinely sorry for what I did. Thank you for your time.

Given how you handled yourself within this appeal and your understanding of the rules I'm willing to give you another opportunity to return however this does come at a cost. 

With bans of this nature they do come with a full wipe of a character and deletion of every other character. You have four characters in total so you are allowed to keep one if you wish, You can name the character you want to keep, Or simply have all four deleted and start from fresh. This is a choice you can make and let us know. 

If you decided to keep one character, All inventory items, Bank account, Vehicles, House, Storage containers will be removed, However you do keep all RP memories on the character. Let us know what one you would like to take and if you agree to these terms.

No problem, I've gone ahead and deleted all other characters you did have and a full wipe has been done on "Thomas Tempo". As mentioned I am willing to give you another opportunity to return to the server based on how you have been during this appeal and better understanding of the rules.

I will suggest if you haven't took the time to read both the GTA and Community rules fully (Outside of the ones listed here) that you take the time to read them to get a better understanding of our ruleset prior to rejoining the server.
