Please explain to me what, exactly, you were doing before the ban was placed? 

I was trying to find out about the rebel market i think it's called as i heard someone talking about making money on an island? and was curious so i asked these guys at a garage.

Right, having looked into this further, we have exhausted all options that we know of in order to say that this could be a false flag. Unfortunately, we simply cannot see any reason that this ban is indeed false and therefore will be denying this appeal. Sorry, but it isn't worth the risk.
