Why do you think you were banned: I was banned because of my anger and ego while logging out when being caught and arrested by an officer and by quitting was thinking i wouldnt be caught
Why should we unban you: Let me begin by saying i am sorry for logging out when being nicked by the coppers, ill be completely honest and say i really didnt wanna go jail and me not being caught and logging out was the answer unbeknowing to me i was actually recorded and banned until i tried logging on recently and seen a big sign sayin permenant ban, believe me i feel so shitty having to type this out because of my absolute stupidity and havin to beg to be let back in which i know i probably wont cause i broke a massive rule which again i am very sorry for, i was looking through other forums and seen people making excuses as to why they broke rules but you wont get an excuse from me, i simply did what i did because i got caught and was angry. i know now how wrong that is for 2 reasons 1 is because you dont break rules 2 is because you dont know what you have lost until its gone and i really miss this server, i did log on to other servers but these are pants compared to this beast of a server, jack nugent was meant to be a really good truck driver minding his own business and building a life within RPUK and how he misses them long drives out dropping cargo and vehicles off for happy customers, i totally respect any decision made by yourselves and hope that i be given a second chance to make a difference in the server i have a few things in mind, but again i am very sorry to all tye players, the arresting officer, and admin and staff for the damage ive caused and believe me would not happen again. I first ever logged on the server back in 21 but went on a long long break and logged in every now and again through last years but ive been very acrive this past week and really do want to come back and prove im not a dick. I would welcome a complete wipe of my character as a punishment to be let back but would also be happy to carry on with jack and make a difference as i worked so hard on truckijg and really dont want to lose the license and continue making customers happy by delivering there goods, on threads you all ask for honesty and integrity and you have recieved that from me and i hope this is enough to hopefully make you give me the second and final chance to make ammends. Thank you for letting me speak and owning up to what i did. Hope to hear back soon, hope you all had a great weekend. Again one last time i am truly sorry for what i did everyone. Plus its also been a few months now since i was banned ive become a better roleplayer by being on other servers but i do miss RPUK and hope you let me back in.

To start I really appreciate the effort you've put in!

Now to delve a little deeper into what you've said, combat logging isn't just detrimental to "save your items" it also deprives ROLEPLAY.
We're a roleplay community/server and that's the reason why we have rules like this in place to protect that.

Thank you for the reply to my appeal and using your time on your weekend to go through my appeal processMy character is currently just a simple truck driver trying to make his way in RPUK but he has aspirations (if thats how you spell it) and dreams of becoming a well known guy around the city everyone loves it when i deliever there cars and fuel on time and and the joy and happiness i bring to my clients and customers he wants to build a trucking empire where he is world known and trust worthy and has some lessons to learn along the way. It will be amazing to watch Jack grow and i for one cant wait to develop alongside the character. Hopefully that answers and while i have been away i have also recommended friends to join the city from a different city and hopefully i can grow with my friends if you will have me back.
 
Again im truly sorry for what i did and to everyone involved at that time. I really am.
 
How come you didn't attempt to contact the officers afterwards?

You logged onto the server later that evening AND the following day, and just seemingly continued without actually attempting to continue the roleplay.
I can understand a moment of aggression and ego but that lasted all the way up until your ban.

How can we ensure another moment of rage and ego won't make this happen again?
 
Like i said in my first message you i wont lie, i thought id got away with it hence why i never got in contact so just continued on like nothing had happened and was like deffo wont do that again next thing you know boom banned. In regards to me not doing it again ive grown as better roleplayer being in other cities and not breaking rules and being an actual roleplayer, in one of the other cities im high up in a gang so my roleplaying will not be a problem and i deffo wont be combat logging again on any server i have learnt my lesson and learned the hard way but like i said its made me a better player, roleplayer and better person.
 
Hopefully being honest with you and being straight forward and not making excuses for my actions shows you how i have changed and grown

I'm glad you're being open, honest and taking responsibility for your actions. This is an important quality we seek in all our players.

Now, you clearly understand why you've been banned, and the actions that led to said event, but, you didn't answer Gee's (PsianaRama) question, so I'll repeat:

How can we ensure another moment of rage and ego won't make this happen again? I'll also rephrase in case you don't understand the question; How are you going to prevent this from happening in future?
 
Ill prevent this from happening by following through with the roleplay scenario through to the end at the said time and not combat log, like ive also said in previous messages being on other servers has helped me grow as a player and going through multiple RP scenarios has helped me calm myself down alot and not be mad at losing items gained in game.

I am not bumping btw i just cant find the option to edit a message so i am just adding on to the last massage that if i do get accepted back and i did do it again i would just recieve a lifetime ban and all this effort ive put in to my appeal would be nothing so if i was going to do it again i certainly would not be putting in all this effort to get back just be a waste of my time and your time
 
Im using my phone as im in work and to be honest i completely forgot to re appeal after my first one was denied due to the 30 day cooling off period and then i done major hardware updates to my pc then new games came out that i was playing as well as old games i started to play then about a month and half ago i started replaying fivem and being on other servers reminded me how much i missed this one so thats why im re appealing and why its taken so long.
