Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance:

I killed someone while i saw them on the side of the road but it wast my intention. I was trying to mug them but then he turned around with a assault rifle and i got startled and then i shot him and it killed him and i really wasn't meant to do it. i know it is my fault and i take responsibility for my action but please give me another chance i will make sure i do not do something like this again.

 
 
I was driving down the road in the dark and saw a man by himself so i thought he was a easy target. I drove up to him and it looked as if he was afk, but then he turned around and had a assault rifle out and as it was my first time playing on the server i got a bit worried he was going to kill me so i shot him and it killed him.

 
I told him that i was robbing him but i never really gave him a chance to comply what i understand is against the rules

I dont recall saying anything to remark the attitude part of this situation but it might have been me telling him to stop spamming me with messages
