Reasons why I should be given a /FINAL/ Chance:

This was actually a total accident. I attempted to send the teamspeak IP into the group chat of my gang for a new member to come and talk to us, and unfortunately i was accidentally tabbed into side chat. Somebody warned me and i was confused as i did not realise i had done this, and then I saw what happened and apologised immediately !

What a mess up on my part, very sorry!

 
I can also vouch for this because he was sending it to me and I asked if he could send it again by which time he had swaped channels and forgotten he had done so.

I did think it was okay, yes, as it was to a member of our gang who wished to talk to us, not saying to the whole server 

"hey guys, this is waaaay better come here!" or something along those lines. 

Of course the rule does state any Teamspeak Other than your official teamspeak should not be advertised, however i was not wishing to advertise at all, 

Then again it says on your server, which unfortunately it was, regardless of what chat.

It would have made much more sense for me to have steam messaged it, that would have meant that no mistakes could have possibly been made...

To answer your question, no sending it in group shouldn't have been done either

Also, is it advisable that we only use the official teamspeak when playing?

Yes as that's where you will find most of the member base, if theres a situation part of the report a player is another player contacting you.

If you have a personal TS to use thats also completely fine, just dont use our server / website or teamspeak to distribute it to other people.

Unbanned for your FINAL chance.
