In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was inapropriate and childish , misbehaved and just being a kid overall in the casino, towards 2 people.

Why should we unban you ?: Since then i have taken a big break of the world (server). i feel like i matured my self a lot since then and feel that im able to be a part of the city again. i really love this server. and after this break i am ready to get on and roleplay again. i am deeply sorry for what i have done my apologies for that. Hopefully you can reconsider putting me back on the server. im ashamed of my behaviour.

In your last appeal you were denied because the effort you put in was nothing short of comical. 

In this appeal, you've not put much more effort in.

I find it very hard to believe someone can mature in what? 3 months?

Do you think it's ok to be abusive over the internet talking about raping females, calling other people such vile words?

i was 16 when this happened. i recently turned 17, sorry for the short effort i've put in im not english myself. I hate my self for saying the things i've said that day, if i was shown a clip of my actions at the casino i would not be able to watch it, its vile what i've done. Most certainly on the internet, i shouldn't of said this and i would never say this again. I dont know what people's situation's are IRL, therefore i should not say the things i have said to them and never would again. Since then (3-4 Months ish.) i have had time to reflect on my actions and feel like i am ready to go again. if needed i can apologize to those that i offended.

First off it's always good with being honest, However we do have a PEGI rule within the community rules meaning you do need to be at least 18 to play within the community. Since you have mentioned you have only just turned 17 you will need to wait out this time and then make a new appeal once you turn of age to play here. The PEGI rule isn't here to punish others it's more to protect the community and the player underage from what can happen within RP and more so that GTA is an 18+ game. 

As this is the case we will be denying the appeal but as mentioned you can reappeal once you turn 18 and we will go from there.
