In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I called someone a f*agg*t in an altercation.

Why should we unban you ?: When i said the word i straght away thought that I should not of said that, it was out of order and there was no need for it in any circumstances. Due to my diagnosed adhd (which i can prove if needed) for which i take medication for, I sometimes speak before i think however it was still said and it clearly states in the rules that descrimination of any kind is not accepted, so thats besides the point. Looking back and reflecting on the situation i hope nobody was offended by this comment. When saying it i had no intentions of purposefully hurting someones feelings or being descriminitive, i was just dumb for saying it. I actually have close family members that are gay and have nothing against them or the LGBTQ community. Furthermoor the familiy that I am in on the server is actually run by someone who is gay and he is a good friend of mine and hes a good guy. When i was pulled into a room by staff i was asked the question do i frequently use this word in heated situations to which i misunderstood the question and said yes which probably didnt help my case even though i said to the staff at the time that i missunderstood it.

If i am unbanned I will ensure that i am a positive and beneficial part of the community and I will make sure my actions and words are respectful to all people in the community.
Day by day I am trying to become a better person and learn from my mistakes and make sure i can be the best person i can possibly be.
Once again id like to apologise to anyone who may find what I said offensive and it will never happen again.

That's much better appeal than your first one, wouldn't you agree? 

I understand your situation in regards to your adhd, I will ask you, what situation was going on for you to use said word? 
Were you dissatisfied with whatever happened and it slipped? 
Were  you angry that you got killed?
Is it part of your day to day vocabulary?  

How do we as staff know that there won't be another slip up?

Hey mike im good thanks mate,

As for the situation, me and my friends was having fun in a store listening to music using a portable radio when 6 guys ran in and killed us all. While we was chilling i was actually tabbed out then saw we was getting robbed so i tabbed back in to roleplay it, however it was too late i was already being stabbed. With as to why i said i there is literally no explanaition as to why i said it, it was kind of just a mix of emotions and my brain moving at a million miles n hour, i just did in the moment. After realising what i had said i though i shouldnt of said that and i need to knuckle down and think about my actions. However as you can see it was too late after the situation had unfolded i was in a room with staff talking to them and when they told me it was a madatory permanant ban i kind of just took it on the chin and took to the unban appeal.

This word is definately not in my day to day vocabulary i wouldnt go out of my way to say this word to someone.

On the server things are starting to pick up for me im in a family now were growing in members and clout and id very much like to be a part of it and not be banned ever again. This interaction is for sure a kick up the ass for me to focus on what im saying and how im carrying myself.

The thing I don't fully understand here is, the situation had already unfolded. You were already down and passed the point of what I could assume of being angry at the game.
You were downed for some time before blurting this word out in roleplay without anyone directly speaking towards you.

Again, I need to know that I can trust letting you back into the server. If we gave you a second chance here, how can you convince us that this won't just slip out again?

Hey @Danooall is alright thanks.

The word was said impulsively aswell as out of anger was a mixture of both after i said it I knew it was wrong and i regretted saying it.

With regards to trusting that it will not happen again, the main reason is I really do not want to be banned and i really want to be apart of the server and contribute to the high level of RP. Basically what im saying is that this has been a bit of a kick up the ass for me and the last thing i would ever want is to be banned again.

I am also on new medication for my adhd (Equasym) to further help my case which now im back at college i take daily.

I can see you've remorse for your actions, however, I am worried if I allow you back you'll let your anger get the better of you and whip out something outrages again...
You've been banned here with us before for G2.9, and this is your second permanent ban. 

I will cut you a deal, and give you little conditions, you've the right to deny them, but if you do, I will deny this appeal. 
If you say anything that falls under C1.2 ever again, you will be placed on 2 month cooldown minimum. 
If you end up being banned at any point for the next 6 months, you will receive a 1 month cooldown minimum. (If banned for Combat Logging, that goes up to 2 months appeal cooldown)
Default Condition:  
Any ban within a 6 month period will lead to another permanent ban.
