In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Around 6-7 months ago at christmas time when i started playing the server I made a new character and collected the advent calabder items and dropped them to my other character. Upon being banned it became very clear to me that what i done was a big No No and that it is clearly stated in the rules that it is not allowed.

Why should we unban you ?: The first time i did not read the rules properly and I have made sure now to read the rules thoroughly to ensure that i know the rules properly so i will not get banned again. All my friends are on this server and i would love to come back to the server if i was allowed too.

Good morning @Tyler Wite,

You've given a 2 line sentence as to why we should unban you which doesn't fill me with much confidence to be honest for someone wanting to return.

Although you may have skimmed the rules, it is extremely clear that this isn't an intended function of the game...

- Why has it taken for you to get banned to then decide you'll read the rules?
- Why did you do this in the first place since you would've known it's not intended? To test the rules? Gain money? Gain advantage?

if im being totally honest when i got banned it was about a week after i built my pc my friends told me to get on roleplay so i did. I was extremely new to pc and fiveM and now however realise that it is important to inforce these rules to keep the high level of RP on this server.

As to why i did it in the first place honestly i really stupidly thought that i had found some genius loophole without even realising the severity. Stupid ik..

My friends that are on the server still to this day did inform me on alot of the other important rules such as meta gaming, combat logging,RDM, and more.

I really enjoy the roleplay scenarios on this server as it is nothing like any other british rp server so if not this server its no other server for me to be honest.

Finally as to why i think i should be unbanned back when i got banned i did not give the quality of the server credit because i didnt understand it. However i now realise.

These bans come with a complete wipe of a character that you choose, whilst the others are permanently deleted. However, as I can see you've picked stupid names for all four characters. I will be issuing a complete deletion of them all, so you can have a fresh start.

Do the following:

  • Quote the rules you broke
  • Explain them in your own words
  • Explain why they're on the server

-Transferring money and items to my other characters.

-To prevent a player trying to avoid any court cases or unpaid loans and ruining the roleplay expeirience for others.

Expand on these two, they are not sufficient enough.

-Transferring money and items to my other characters to gain an unfair advantage over other people who are roleplaying on the server when they have been grinding within the rules to gain their money legitimately. If i am allowed back onto the server after this conversation I am now very much familiar with the importance this rule holds including all other rules which i have made sure i have read so i can once again enjoy good roleplay with my friends which are on this server with the intention of being benificial to the server and its community.

-The g2.9 rule is in place to prevent a player trying to avoid any court cases or unpaid loans and ruining the roleplay expeirience for others. furtheremore this rule is in place to make sure that nobody can have an advantage over other players on the server resulting in a bad roleplay environment. And finally, to ensure that the staff team can keep a high level of roleplay on the server by enforcing these rules.
