Hello, It has been approximately 8 months since my last appeal / ban, i am now ready for my real appeal. im going to list my appeal out in a format as its long it is 3 separate reports. i have took my time, been as honest as i can be with them as much as i can remember from these reports

Me and my friend was selling drugs (Coke) at Tequilala on a bike when i had died of hunger or been knocked off the bike 1 of the 2, my friend then took me to EMS (Pilbox) where i got medical from the NHS, then we left pilbox when we noticed a green car was following so we stopped at AE carpark so we could put stuff away that we had on us as it was alot for the time i was in city as a starter aka danny, i pulled out a black fugitive my friend pulled out his car, i ran to my fugitive to store my stuff when 2 people one was Timmy Chaps Aimed a gun and taser at me told me to get my hands up which i ignored didn't fear my life and ran off back to the bike i then tried to run away on the bike i was then tasered out of fear of loosing my stuff at the time i then quit my game and tried to say my Wi-Fi had gone down when i had actually cobat logged because i didn't want to lose my stuff.

At the time i was in a radio with Will Slinn when he told me his friend (Liam Gale) was being chased by the prison by police as i was around that area i went down to help him by the time i had got there he was with the police and they was arresting him which officers told me to leave the scence so i left and headed back to city to pick up Will Slinn near casino, Will Slinn then told me while in the car to go to sandy police station as his friend (Liam Gale) was being released from there and needed a pick up, when we got to the station the officer said Will Slinns friend (Liam Gale) didn't have a phone or radio on him Will Slinn then says he was on the phone to him mid chase and that he was being fucked by the police i was then mentioned in the OOC chat which i didn't know at the time was a OUT OF CHARACTER chat as i was new to city i then turn to the officer and asked why i had been mentioned in the chat saying something about using discord to communicate i had then noticed what was going on and got a bit angry / pissed off i then said to the officer i haven't used discord to communicate that it was Will Slinn and the other guy (Liam Gale) using discord, At that point i had come out of character i should of stayed in character at the i time i didn't know you always have to be in roleplay so i tried to speak to the officer about the situation which made it worst, i didn't even know who Will Slinns friend was till i had read the report that's how i got the name Liam Gale i had only met / seen him that day when this all happened and Will Slinn was just someone in are little friend group at the time that we had in city i don't have Will Slinn or Liam Pale on discord or know there discords. Me and Will Slinn also ran around chanting free Palestine this was nothing against / towards anyone in anyway it was just a joke at the time, i don't think action was took against this but i just included it incase.

Me and my friend (Luci Grant) was at the trucking job when a guy in a blue suit had a verbal argument with me he then got out of his truck we had a bit of a fight he then pulled out a sledgehammer i think it was and killed me with it that's when my friend (Luci grant) killed him with a knife i then got treated at scence by NHS im pretty sure or took to pilbox i cant really remember much from this part as it went on for a fair hour or so we had caused trouble with a group from killing the guy at trucking so they was on the hunt for us, anyway back to it, i had then met back up with my my friend (Luci Grant) at pilbox around 30 mins later then hung around pilbox for at least 10-15 minutes waiting for my other friend to come these people where also waiting around pilbox in cars, we then got board and we left in a black car we robbed from the road thats when 3 cars had followed us ramming / hitting the car till it was dead that's when one of them said get the fuck out the car but as i didnt see any weapons / guns pointed at us we didn't think we had to fear for life and so i said i was flying out and proceeded to combat log in a active rp scence at the time i didnt know this was combat logging my friend (Luci Grant) Also flew out before me.

Why should we unban you: The time i joined city i was new to FiveM all together, this was my first city so i was a rookie pretty much a default to it all i didn't really understand the game / rules fully at the time, in my 8 months away from city i have played many other roleplay / semi roleplay citys also helped in a few city's staffing, ran a city with a friend that is where i have been able to learn & understand the game also learn the basic rules of stuff, i have matured an grown up, adapted to the FiveM / Roleplay community, i took time to read over the rules of the city a few times, i won’t let something like this happen again, I have purposely held off putting my appeal for this long till i felt i was ready in myself to do it properly, till i was ready to play city again be ready this time for a proper / give roleplay experience i hope i can come back to play city with friends, good friends. i now have no excuse to say i don't understand anything or know anything i know my wrongs from right now. i took nearly 4 hours to write / set this out also was around 2:30am when i started this its now around 6:30am when submitting this im very tired i have dyslexia so please don't mind any of my missed spelled or mixed up words.

I used ChatGPT to write my first appeal, being lazy. I don’t know why I thought it was good idea like it was going work, it just made it worse & spoiled it for when I come and put my real appeal in, I completely forgot about it at the time I written this second appeal otherwise I would have mentioned it, sorry.

Yes I can strongly agree looking back at this now I did cause a lot of trouble, breaking rules over a course of few days being in city and I am sorry about that, at the time I was new to FiveM so I didn’t really know much or what I was doing.

My plans if unbanned is to build my character, build my character knowledge, meet new people, basic things to make money like taxis and trucking then maybe get into a gang. The thing I definitely want to do is get to know other people, grow relationships with people and give a better roleplay experience and meet back up with a good old friend of mine who I started city with. I want to build a cousin character in the future, hopefully in EMS or PD and if it was to work out, go to plan i maybe stick with it full time, but I’m still thinking about it and what I want to do with that.

what I would do differently is, I would get involved in some different roleplay scenes from what I was involved in last time being in city and get to know new people, grow my character more and build my character knowledge and just chill really doing basics to make money, I Want to build up a cousin character to bring good rp maybe in EMS Or PD in the future but that would be something i work on over time, ild really have to prove my self for something like that, its something I’m still thinking about really. I would really love to be allowed a second chance to prove my self here, I have learnt from my mistakes I made I’m sorry if I ruined anyone’s roleplay experience.

Reason I combat logged an lied saying my WiFi had gone down was because I didn’t want to lose stuff, like the coke (around 200) I had on me as it was alot at the time for a new player, didn’t want lose money I had on me, forgot how much I had on me now and didn’t wanna lose other things like weapons, I don’t know where the cheat part comes into this? yes ive cheated on fivem but never in this city, I’m just tryna make things right now, come back to playing fivem and chill out. I get I’ve not done the best of jobs I can totally agree with that but we all do silly things in life, no one is perfect we learn from are mistakes, I have learnt my lesson, grown up and matured, I hope I can be given a second chance to really prove myself here.

Hello @Tsands , I am well, thank you for asking.

To be honest, with the amount of rules you broke in such a short space of time I would be 50/50 on this appeal to begin with.
The mentality of logging out to save items is more of a win mentality, which is of course not what we're looking for on RPUK. We're looking for high quality roleplayer's who can enjoy any scenario regardless on if they win or not.

This still plays a part.
To allow someone back into this community, we need to be confident that we're going to gain from it and of course not end up back on the forums at another date.
Unfortunately on this one, I'm not willing to take the risk.
