Unban Appeal for tohml

Reason given for your ban: C1.2 / C2.3 - Discrimination / Combat logging
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned when I was taken to a secluded area by a Gruppe 6 Officer who proceeded to taser me out of his vehicle and then once again while I was on the ground. He then got back in his vehicle and taunted me in his car and knocked me over onto the ground. I then proceeded to call him a racial slur and immediately combat log.
Why should we unban you ?: Before I begin with my appeal I would like to start by saying that I opened an appeal around a month ago and got a response within a couple of days from the staff. They stated that my record isn't the best and that I have broken a number of rules within the past besides what I was banned for and from that I would like to address and answers the questions in the response fist and then proceed with my actual ban appeal.
"You're also known to have attempted to gain in-character information via OOC means" this issue took place before my initial ban in which I contacted other players in the discord chat and tried to learn some things about the game without being inside a roleplay scenario. Once the players refused I acted hostile towards them even though they were simply abiding by the rules of the server and I acted out of character by attacking them for no reason. I was spoken to a member of staff by this and they explained to me and gave me a full understanding of what I did wrong and gave me a verbal warning. At this time I was very new to roleplay and didn't have a full understanding of the rules, however that is no excuse for how I acted.
"As well as your comments on three separate unban appeals, not submitted by yourself, in which you were breaking forum rules." This one there is no excuse for at all. I was sat in a discord call having fun with my friends and at this time I was considering returning to this server and seeing whether or not I would be given a second chance from the staff team. Whilst in the call I had a free drinks as it was around the time of a celebration and I was browsing the forums and commented under a couple of player's unban appeals. I commented something along the lines of "come on man he barely did anything wrong," and my comment was removed by a forum admin and given a post cooldown. As I previously stated there was no excuse for this and I let my own idiocy play up and get me a sanction and another black mark on my already not so decorated record.
"If you can't even abide by our rules whilst under a ban, why on earth would be consider lifting the one safeguard we have against you currently?" The two occasions listed above are no where near a good start to my appeal but I feel as though they do not do my justice to my character as a person now as to who I was last year and the actions that come along with it and that they should at least be addressed honestly.
Now on to my actual appeal as I have said before it has been over 13 months since my initial ban date and 12 since my very fist appeal on the topic. Since that I can whole-heartedly say that inside the past year I have completed changed, reflected on my actions and reformed into completely different person all together. Nothing can justify the response give to that Gruppe 6 officer on that evening and I am not sure that I there is anything that I can do to make up for my actions. I allowed my reckless and toxic attitude to take charge wasn't thinking straight at all in the heat of the moment; calling the individual that word is bad enough let alone digging myself into a deeper whole and leaving the situation and not confronting my actions. I knew the harm the word as well as the connotations that go along with it and even then I still did it. As stated above I can now say with confidence that I am a completely different person to who I formerly was and have full control over my temper. I can remain calm and cool in situations as a way of ensuring that these events will never take place in any scenarios in and outside ever again, as well as confronting issues that I am in whether it be me or a peer at fault. And finally, be fully away and conscience of the language that I use. RPUK was a welcoming community (as experienced first hand) and yet I took that for granted and for that the blame solely falls on to me and if my appeal is denied that I am both accepting and understanding of your decision as there is absolutely no excuse for the language I used regardless the context.
