Reason given for your ban: C1.6 - Community Ban

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I am banned due to the fact that I am global banned by BattleEye.

Why should we unban you ?: I believe I should be unbanned because when I was global banned by battleye I never cheated on ArmA and it was due to the fact I was cheating on CS:GO earlier that day and forgot to restart my PC leading to a swift global ban on arma. I also believe I should be unbanned from the forums as I am really keen to play the FiveM server as it looks enjoyable and this is a very good way of becoming engaged with the community, considering the direct reason for this ban was also related to something no longer around also adds to the idea of why I believe I should be unbanned. Finally, I think one of the most important things is that I've changed since my mistakes on ArmA back in December 2020, since then I have gotten myself unbanned on (Server Name) and reached Admin on (Server Name) banning multiple cheaters and exploiters, this further adds to the trust I can hopefully restore and why I should be unbanned.
I'm unsure if I can grab the forum link for my banned account, but all I know is the name is "Timing"

I’m interested in playing the FiveM server due to its popularity and the positive experiences I’ve always had on RPUK ArmA, I expect a very similar community on FiveM. I was looking at the wiki and potentially looking at applying for the NHS or possibly even becoming a police officer which would not only benefit me, by allowing me to have some fun but also others. I am not here to mess around, only to have some fun and try to fix the negative things I’ve done in the past, even if some were only mistakes.

No, I had not used any ArmA cheats on RPUK at the time, nor did I ever cheat on my main account. I have cheated occasionally on ArmA since, more so in the summer of 2021, however this was never on RPUK. In fact, I had never even cheated on my main account at the time as stated above, I was banned due to a CS injector and no longer even play arma nor cheat on the game. I hope this provides enough insight for you, if you have any other questions or concerns I'd be happy to answer.

My concern is this. You start of by saying you have never cheated on Arma and now state that you cheated back in 2021 and saying that you have changed. Doesn't exactly look like you have changed much if you cheated on a server 6 months ago

I said that I had never cheated when I was on my main account, only on a couple of alt accounts for a very short amount of time. In response to your second point, I had also never cheated on RPUK and 6 months is a long time considering since I have become admin on Reborn and have been unbanned for 2-3 months now. The fact that reborn were able to trust me with admin and that I am still not banned should give you enough trust and reassure you that you are making the right decision unbanning me.

The fact that you're still not banned, does not mean you're eligible for an unban, it only means that you've managed to abide by the same rules as everyone else.  This does not give you any form of credit or better standing, as it literally only means 'I've been able to maintain the bare minimum'. 

Furthermore, the fact that another community has entrusted you with a staff position, also has no impact - as that is a different community.

A couple of alt accounts? 

I'll be completely honest with you. You're a cheater, you use multiple accounts, acting like "throwaway account", likely to circumvent an automated ban. Whatever your reasons are to cheat and use proxy accounts, is your prerogative. We will not be entertaining this on RPUK however.
