Unban Appeal for Thomas The Man

Reason given for your ban: Chat Ban

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I sent a verbal text message to a real-life friend of mine (not intending to harm or abuse verbally but as a stupid joke). The text was short but was out of place and I completely understand it's wrong. This will not happen again and I feel terrible regarding my ban.

Why should we unban you ?: I started playing a week ago on the server during that time, I accumulated more than 120 hours playing with my real-life friends, getting to know great people in the great community you all have built. I enjoy your server so much and I am so terribly sorry for what I have done I had no idea it would result in this. I know being new here doesn't give me a free pass but if I had known this I would never ever have done it, all I'm asking for is a second chance. The city has brought me so much enjoyment I'd hate the fact of ruining it for myself. I am sorry, Please unban me, I still would be happy to play again with my friends and the people of this great community. Also, I want to say the message was sent to an IRL friend of mine and the context of the text message had no intention of insulting and was made as a stupid joke. I Beg for another chance and will not repeat this behavior I promise. Thanks

We're going to need a bit more effort, what you texted in a text message albeit to your real life friend was disgusting.

 
Yes, I agree the content of the message is inappropriate and completely out of place. What I said wasn't said in order to insult or harass but as a stupid joke, I wasn't aware of the consequences of my actions and wasn't thinking straight at the moment. I feel very sorry for doing this and am filled with regret. I am begging for a second chance at the server,  this was done with no intention of offending someone. I understand why I am in the wrong and therefore banned but again all I ask is for another chance to play in this great server with the amazing people it has to offer. May I add that after the ban I went over all of the rules and guidelines and I can assure you I will not repeat this stupid mistake EVER again. 

 
May I also add that roleplay.co.uk has been my first roleplaying server experience and I know being new to this genre doesn't mean that rules can go unnoticed but I am swearing down I didn't know at the time of the incident the rules regarding that word if I would have known the rules I would have never used it not even in such humorous way.

Again I cannot describe the amount of joy and fun experiences I got out of this amazing server in just the one week that I have been playing, I wouldn't want to miss any more of it because of such an unintelligent mistake.

 
We have edit functions for a reason. Do not add additional response to your appeal, I'll let it slide this time as its the first I am seeing it. Further comments being added to bump your appeal, will have it locked for three days.

Quote the rules you broke, albeit your ban states C1.7 but what other rule did you break by texting that message?

I apologize and appreciate you for letting it slide, This appeal is very important to me and I am trying my best.

My ban reason in FiveM is C1.7 which is named common sense and I believe rule "(C1.2) Discrimination" was also part of the reason for my ban. 

Rule C1.7 - Common Sense, in this case, was me not having a clear line of thought and using a word that could be offensive to some people, although it was only my friend who could view the text content, this server is not suitable for such word, and I understand fully why I broke this rule. In this case, using common sense would be to not use this word not even in a humorous way, not even to a friend. This server and the community built around need to have a well-respected and non-offensive conversation with any person.

Rule C1.2 - Discrimination, in this case, was me using a word that can offend a group of people. the word I used was not used in an offensive statement or sentence but was rather used as a nickname for bro. I do understand that this doesn't make the use of such word right or valid but I never intended to offend nor create any discrimination towards any group and I assure you this mistake will NEVER EVER happen again. 
 

I believe both rules are on the server to help maintain mutual respect between players and to create a safe and fun environment for the players on the server. these rules allow the interaction in the game to remain respectful and inviting to any person, no matter what. and I understand completely why my actions are wrong.

I am begging for a second chance as I am swearing down to assure you knowing myself this unintelligent mistake will NEVER repeat itself.

Any ban within a 6 months period, will be a permanent one
