Reason given for your ban: C1.2 discrimination

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Calling someone a Fa****

Why should we unban you ?: The reason why i think i should be unbanned i know now that it is a bad word and can see by your actions. But at the time in the moment i had no idea that you couldnt say the word and to be honest it just slipped out my mouth by an accident because of an argument with another player, i know that doesnt make a different on what i said, but i have learnt from this encounter and i will not use any discriminating word, ive been over all the discriminating word what are not aloud to be said on the sever for me own piece of mind. i just think its abit unfair that ive been playing not stop for the past month near enough and its really been helping me though some hard times and just because i said one WORD in the heat of the moment ive been prembanned. could you please review my case and please give me a second chance i have learnt from my mistakes and i promise you it will never happen again im sorry!

You think it is not fair that you got banned for saying something that is very clearly against the rules on this server?

Do you think its fair that people get called that sort of thing?

 
yes i now know that you cant use that word and im sorry if  i offended anyone, it  just slip out my mouth by an accident.

@mryan19 also i know i sent the wrong Steam ID on my report, but the one i (@) to owen is actually correct, just in case you don't see it aswell theres only a slight differences between the too steam Ids its literally the last number needs to be a 0 instead of a 4.lol.png 

 
@Bowen Orion The rule i broke was C1.2 Discrimination,  sorry i swear it wont happen again, someone was taking shit, acting the big man and i was piss off at the time, frustrated aswell and it just slip out my month by an accident. if you grant me a second chance, i swear  i wont end up back on here thanks.

Now you say that it's unfair, but isn't it also unfair for people to have to listen to your homophobic slurs?

 
@Bowen Orion yes your right , its totally unfair that ive use homophobic slurs ,  but it was in the heat of the moment, i wasn't thinking straight at the time and a regret what i said!.  if i offended anyone im sorry! 

 
Well I just watched the video that we have of the event and it really doesn't seem like it was heated at all, nor was it really an instant reaction. You waited a good few seconds after the players last remark, then proceeded to call him this slur. How do you explain this?

 
@Bowen Orionhe had me all work up, well he differently pushed my buttons and pissed me off! i didnt like it! and your right a did, because i was mad, biting my tongue at the time and i dunno why i said it, it just rolled of me tongue out of rage

Well how can we be sure this wont happen again? And please provide a decent answer, not just that you promise you wont do it again

 
@Bowen Orionbecause ive read though the rules in gta rp abit more than i should of and also took the time to look up all words i shouldn't be saying and knowing now what inst aloud to be said has differently made me realize. and also the past two weeks ive embedded in me head not to say words like that!

Seeing as this is your first ban, I am going to unban you. It does come with a condition though. If you are banned for anything that falls under C1.2, you will not be able to appeal that ban for a minimum of 6 months. Even then, if you do appeal it, your chances are very slim. Long story short, we do not accept any form of discrimination here. We like to keep a clean community that is welcoming to everyone, regardless of race, sexuality, age, etc. If people aren't going to uphold that level of acceptance of others, then they will be made to leave.
