Unban Appeal for TeghinZ

Reason given for your ban: C2.2

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: C2.2 - Exploiting. I believe I've been banned because I took money from my 3 children and transferred it to my friend, so we could buy a house. I've since been told this is fraudulent behaviour, and I believe that is why I've been punished.

Why should we unban you ?: I have only been in the city for a week, have been learning the ropes, and thoroughly enjoying my time here - I think I've found a home for myself, where I can be anyone I want to be. I've spent time working on my mechanic skills, which was tiresome for crap pay, but I finally got there and yesterday I purchased my first vehicle. I've had a couple of run ins with the law, and had some great interactions with DC Bell, and Rachel from the Fire department, as well as another fella who was a probationary police officer who pulled me over. I was then the target of vehicular manslaughter and developed a bond with him, and he took me to the hospital without punishing me. I would very much like to continue my time here in your city - and have now seen the error of my ways, I was naive, foolish, and it won't happen again. I hope you will look upon me favourably and overturn my permanent ban, so I can get back to making a name for myself in Los Santos.

It's not the best look with one being a new player and within a two week period receiving a permanent ban. I'll assume you didn't read our rules prior to doing this, If not can you explain why? 

So you've mentioned you transferred money between characters with others to buy a home, You've also mentioned you have spent time to earn money to buy a vehicle so why wasn't this done instead of breaking our rules? This rule is quiet common within any online game so why would you believe here would be any different? 

 
I have no excuse, it was naivety on my part - I just didn't think about the consequences of my actions properly and wanted to experience 'end game' content asap.

I was just trialing the game for the first time, and your server, and had no idea if I was even going to enjoy the experience. 

Now I know how much I enjoyed the game, I regret my actions and wouldn't do anything against the rules again. I've not been banned on a game before, I just imagined the rules would be about abuse etc. Now I know otherwise, as I've read through the rules looking for what 2.2 related to. 

 
Can you elaborate on what you mean by "End Game", Since I am aware of what this means outside of RP communities, However inside communities such as ours it's close to the end of your characters story, Not what you can gain. 

Whilst it is good that you have been enjoying yourself here within our community going in with 'I'll do this because I'm not taking it serious' doesn't go to far anywhere to be honest, It's not the correct mindset to be in with that. 

As you've mentioned you have read the rules, Can you quote the rule you have broken and explain in your own words why you believe we have such a rule in place?

 
Sure, I mean in terms of obtaining a house etc. This was my first time taking a step into the roleplay life - I never thought I'd find it as immersive or entertaining as I did, and that tied in with my foolish thought process regarding the mindset point you referenced. 

I've been banned for C2.2 Exploiting - Using or attempting to use any exploits in any of our community game servers such as but not limited to duplication of items or money, transferring/processing items through walls or windows or bypassing intended animations. 

Obviously mine pertains to the money aspect of the rule, and this rule is in place because it prevents dishonest behavior, and stops people gaining an unfair advantage over other players. Part of what makes the game enjoyable is working for things, and to seek nstant gratification was foolish.

If in future a glitch took place that resulted in me receiving extra money then I would report it to have it fixed because I have now seen the error of my ways. 

I realize I've now sullied my name, which is not a good look for me, but I'm hoping you'll unban me so I can get back to enjoying the server and the player base on it. 

 
Lets say one of your friends or yourself needed money quickly to buy something, How would you go about doing this? 

With bans of this nature it does indeed come with more consequences. You have four characters currently, 3 of the four will be deleted and since you mentioned Terry in your appeal I'd assume this is the one you wish to keep? If not please pop the name of the character you wish to keep. 

On top of this the remaining character will receive a full wipe, What this means is that everything from your character is removed, Vehicles, Money, Inventory ect however you do keep your RP memories and things you've learned on the server on that character. Do you agree with this? 

 
If have to earn it in the most legitimate, quickest way possible or ask another friend for a loan.

Very well, I've gone ahead and requested deletion of the other three characters and a full wipe on Terry. Please note this may take sometime to be completed however once done we will update you.

Keep in mind that following the fair bans system that any bans you receive within a 6 month period will land you right back here to the appeals section. I do hope that moving forth that I don't see you return to this section and you don't let us down with this opportunity being provided to yourself.
