Why do you think you were banned: I was banned due to meatballing through a building during a gunfight at Yellow Jacks in sandy.
Why should we unban you: I would like to begin by that's I'm disappointed to see myself in the unban section again. I was banned due to rolling and due to rolling in to a fence mechanics fell causing me to glitch through the building. During the QE liasing about this with TFA we discussed that it was an accident and passed the clip over in good faith to prove this. We all came to the agreement that it wasn't intentional and we would leave them to be saved by the medics outside to try rectify the situation to the best of my ability. TFA mentioned that they had a situation with police the week before were they were notified in LOOC and were let out. They were also in agreement that they would not expect most gangs to do this and it being a "one off". Something that is unfortunate on their side. The idea of a bug request was brought up to try improve the building for future situations but 1 member seemed to disagree and wanted to proceed with the report. I have been in this community for 3 years and hold myself to high standards. I understand the impact exploiting in this situation had on the other party but this wasn't my intention in any way. About 30 seconds before me rolling 2 members had been holding the room that I was popped into. I cleared this first and noticed the door connected was also open. In the heat of the moment I was aware that I could be killed at any moment and thought I'd clear the connected room too. At the time I thought this would be the best course of action but I didn't account for the other people involved. Due to not being the situation before I wasn't fully sure on how to deal with the situation. Going forward if I find myself in a similar situation I will make all people involved aware through LOOC or OOC. Thanks to the staff who take time reviewing my appeal.
