Reason given for your ban: G1.1

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I think that I was banned because, I overused the ability to use my vehicle as a weapon, what I mean by this is that I had a valid reason to use my vehicle as a weapon for the first few confrontations with the police but then it eventually got to the point where I was only using my car as my only weapon in the RP situation and not using other ways to fight back against the police, for example one of my firearms.

Why should we unban you ?:  I think that I should be unbanned for multiple reasons, one of which being the fact that I can clearly and fairly see the reason I was banned from the server. I also would like to say I really enjoyed playing this server as my hours on this server will reflect that, I would love to keep playing this server. I have thoroughly read through the rules of the server and I can honestly say I would not let this happen again or anything of the sort. As part of one of the leading gangs at the time of the ban I would always be careful to make sure my Roleplay was perfect and if unbanned I will carry on to do so. What I have learnt from this is to not result in using my vehicle as my primary weapon. I hope you can come to an understanding that this was a genuine mistake on my behalf. Many thanks

@TCEEUsing your vehicle as a weapon is not against the server rules, using your vehicle as a weapon without a valid roleplay reason is though.

Can you talk me through the situation that led to your ban and why you think your actions were deemed as a violation G1.1?

You were banned over 6 months ago for this rulebreak, why are you chosing to appeal only now?

 
the situation started by the whole of the vagos having a warrant out for them and things got heated leading to many of us splitting up from each other all in separate police pursuits, I heard  by many over our radio that one of us had been shot by the police, this led to us fighting back with the  police and in my case I saw a few officers on foot so I decided to ram them with my car. The reason why I think this was deemed as G1.1 was because, now looking at the situation I feel like if I had heard the reasoning of why they shot my fellow gang member then it would of caused me to take more thought into what I was about to do to the police. 

The reason why I am choosing to appeal only now is because I have been playing other games and now I'm looking to come back to fivem and try and play one of my favourite servers 

 
The situation you have described doesn’t exactly scream high quality roleplay to me.

if you are given another chance how would you go about dealing with a roleplay situation similar to this if it was to ever arise ?

if I was given another chance in a similar situation I would start of by exiting my car and confronting the police verbally and if the situation  escalated  then I would end up leaving the scene or calling for back up and let the situation play out from there and try not to result in using any weapons including my vehicles.

You stated before you were banned you always made sure your roleplay was perfect, surely if this was the case you wouldn't be here in the appeal section?

If you were unbanned and given another chance how would you make sure to provide high quality roleplay going forward? What is your plans for your character if allowed to return?

 
if unbanned, one way I would provide high quality roleplay is by trying to roleplay out all situations instead of resulting to fighting/ use of weapons. Another way is making sure that I follow all stated rules to perfection. If my character was to return I would most likely and firstly see what friends are still in  the city and find a general understanding of what is happening all around the city in terms of gangs, new cars , businesses , etc. Next I would find a way to earn myself some money and get the feel of the server again.

I am willing to give you another chance, however at the time you were banned the gang you were a part of "Vagos" was going to receive a life imprisonment. If you are unbanned this character will have to be placed in life in prison and you will have to continue the roleplay from where your character left off.

Do you agree to this term?

This has now been sorted.

Any rulebreaks within the next 6 months will lead you right back here to the unban appeals. Dont fuck it up.
