Unban Appeal for TaylorSwiftFan24

Reason given for your ban: G2.9

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I personally wasn't sure why I was banned and I read the rules partially but I didn't remember that you couldn't exchange money between characters due to the fact that I'm not going to remember all the rules all the time since I'm quite new and thought it was allowed.

Why should we unban you ?: I personally feel like you should unban me because I'm fairly new to the server and it was a mistake on my part and I'll gladly compromise to a full character/ account reset if it makes up to your forgiveness. I didn't mean any harm inside of this money glitch since I'm deeply apologetic and thought it was allowed. The reason why I did this is because one of my friends said you could do it without getting banned but in hindsight I should not of have believed him. If you're reading I hope that you'll find a compromise to my current situation and I will gladly take it and I'll make sure that it will never happen again and also this is my first esx server so am used to vmenu servers where you can spawn cars in and stuff.
I hope you'll unban me but if not I will understand why you've chosen to keep me banned for this. Thank you for taking the time to read my unban appeal.

How could you have thought making new characters purely to give the money to another character is allowed? You're clearly doing something not intentional and is clearly not the way to make money on the server.

To sum up - you joined the server and immediately broke the rules in a way that could cause harm to the economy. I'm not accepting you didn't know, common sense would have told you it wasn't intended.

Why was this one of your first actions upon joining the server?

 
Tbh i had no money and like everything was expensive but yea idk why i did it i thought it was allowed ngl i have no common sense

i wont lie to you idk what my thought process was during it but i thought everything was going to be super expensive until my mates starting talking about a taxi job that earns you loads of money then i did that after i the money glitch once and idk how it would make sense but yea  

 
These types of bans come with a complete wipe of your character given you only have one. This includes, vehicles, houses, bank account, inventory etc. 

Do you agree to this?

For you to be unbanned, everything written above will have to be wiped, your character will start fresh.

 
Unbans are the lowest priority.

See, I am not quite convinced. This appeal seems half-arsed, entitled and simply not sincere... Let me tell you why.

No, you wouldn´t remember things you didn´t read, that one makes sense. But either way, when creating your character you ticked off a box stating that you have read and understood our rules. That is on you. The fact that you are new to the server is not a bargaining chip in unban appeals.

I now know why you believe you should be unbanned but why should I unban you? How can I be convinced that this time you have bothered to read the rules?

I´ve got multiple issues with this reply. Why would it be worth mentioning that you can "do something without getting banned" if you have not a single bit of doubt if it may be against server rules? Sounds a lot like you are not sorry for "making a mistake", but for being caught. 

Now, last but not least - who is the friend and was there anyone else involved?

I highly suggest you put some effort into your reply, considering staff has so far easily doubled your effort in your appeal. 

 
Firstly, to answer your question about "who is the friend and was there anyone else involved" My friend who was involved with it has already been banned and his ign at the time was rasheed but that's all I know about his ban but no one else was involved with it that I know of since I held my money and didn't do anything that I remember of.

Secondly, "How can I be convinced that this time you have bothered to read the rules?" To be realistic with you I will read the rules If unbanned because there wouldn't be any point for both parties for this of me getting unbanned; not reading the rules then getting banned due to my negligence to the rules because we've would've spent pointless time in this conversation other then something that has more of an significance like for example for your staff team fixing bug patches, dealing with server issues, and other higher priority stuff.

Thirdly, "I am not quite convinced" I understand why you're personally not quite convinced or moved by my lackluster appeal but people can change for the better during time while they're facing the consequences to there past actions and are dealing with the sanctions of it but I do now understand due to my lousy responses that I'll up my response quality and therefore when you choose to next respond to my reasons I'll reply with my finest and top-notch quality.

The Staff Team don't fix bug patches, nor do we deal with Server Issues. We have other priority stuff, sure. However, there are only a set number of Level 4 Staff Members that do unban appeals, and well you're our work load. So lets cut to the chase, I'll unban you should you accept the below conditions.

If you are banned for any rule that is damaging to the economy and or deliberately gives you an advantage by exploiting how the game is meant to be played, for example the following rule codes include but are not limited too ( G2.9, C2.2, C2.3, G1.5 ) within 3 months, you will be given a 3 month cooldown.

Do you agree?

 
Yep i'll accept it but what do you mean by "within 3 months, you will be given a 3 month cooldown." I'm assuming that this means within 3 months of doing the glitch you'll have a 3 month ban or is it something else?

It states exactly as I said,

If you're banned for the following rules within 3 months of your successful appeal ( G2.9, C2.2, C2.3, G1.5 ) then you will have a 3 month cooldown before you may appeal.
