In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: (C2.2) Exploiting - Using or attempting to use any exploits in any of our community game servers such as but not limited to duplication of items or money, transferring/processing items through walls and windows or bypassing intended animations. Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal. If you discover an exploit that nobody else knows about, please reveal it to a staff member privately in order to ensure that it does not get abused in the future.
>> (C2.2) I believe I exploited the new character creation template by using the starting funds as a way to pay off a debt to another player.
This rule is necessary as exploits, and subverting the way the game is meant to be played ruins the experience of roleplay for other players and undermines the effort put into the development of the server.
(G2.9) Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method.

This rule is necessary as it strengthens roleplay experience by having to obtain funds by playing the game as it is meant to be played. If this rule did not exist, it would weaken that roleplay experience as you could create characters and transfer funds between them.
Why should we unban you ?: At the time of the offense I did not fully read the rules as I should have, much like nobody reads EULAs for software that they install
. The reason for this is because I did not realize how serious the server was, I have never played on a roleplay server before and due to this I was complacent with regards to my attitude and actions. I can assure you this will not happen again and have fully read the rules multiple times to ensure that I understand them and to make sure I do not break any rules in the future, should I be unbanned.
I did not want to try and appeal again until I fully understood all of the rules, which is why it has taken me a little time to re-appeal to hopefully play on the server again. As I have stated above, I now fully understand the rules and the severity of breaking them, and what it could mean to the economy of the server and future players that join - players need to know that the roleplay nature of the server is very serious, and I believe I now understand that.
The server is about realism and enjoyment, not breaking rules and trying to fast-track or bypass roleplay.
I understand a lot of effort as gone into the development, and is still going into the development of the server, for a player to come along and disregard the rules is disrespectful, rude and shows disregard for that effort.
I appreciate rule C2.2 states a permanent ban without appeal, I can only say that this is the first time I have played on a roleplay server and hope you can give me a chance to redeem myself, I think the effort you put into the development of the server is unparalleled and would love the opportunity to play on it again with my friends.
If my appeal is not successful, I understand, and will take this as a lesson learned in future roleplay experiences I join on other servers. I appreciate you reading this.

so I will probably start with that and gradually build up my character by making new contacts throughout the city through roleplaying.
