Why do you think you were banned: I was banned because I exploited /die by using it in a situation with the police.
Why should we unban you: I think I was unfairly banned as the situation did not go in my favour (still got my inv wiped and sent to prison) however much I tried to, I used the /die command because the police character I was in a RP situation with refused to try any sort of RP scenario even when I tried to make it interesting, I attempted to tell the officer I was in need of food/drink and can we pull over so I can eat to which the officer did pull over pulled me out of the car and then put me back in because no other officer wanted to come to the situation to watch my character eat so he wouldn't try and flee. The officer I have no problem with. The problem arose when I tried to share my experience in a ticket, I opened a ticket and a admin called Gordon2 did not see where I was coming from when I was suggesting that the server possibly look into a roleplay avenue to improve taking players to prison and more options for crim chars when getting taken. He just saw a rule break "/Die" He didn't say he was going to ban me he just did it, This makes me feel as if he did it over an emotional thing rather than actually looking back for evidence as I did RP the entire situation and hopefully made a funny and impactful experience for all involved in the sit. However staff didn't see it this way nor did he ask.

But then again I don't make the rules, I don't know what else I could possibly add to this ticket as there's no template to follow,

Stirling - I'm going to put the ban to one side for a moment and focus on your tantrum you had after the ban was placed.

Lets have this conversation out in the open, then. Can you please explain to me why Gordon2 has a vendetta against you and why he's out looking for reasons to ban you?

Can you then also please tell me why the moment you're unhappy with a ban, you've started making accusations that staff are going to get ahold of, and then get rid of your appeal?

Yeah ... I had a tantrum. I feel as If Gordon maybe was having a bad day which obviously is not his fault but whatever went on it feels like there was some dislike thrown towards me. Maybe its my manner of RP? I dont know. But the aim of the ticket in the first place was to offer an inside look to a senario that spanned over an hour and seemed very one sided, The person in the RP sit did not reach out. So I thought it was alright there was no liason which I know members do all the time. it was down to this ticket that got me banned it was the use of /die within roleplay that did it for Gordon2. I feel he didnt have any context other than I used it in a situation and he felt it warranted a ban for overuse.

Can you tell us what the reason was as to why you got arrested, from when you first interacted with the officer?

And can you give us a bit more context as why why you did "/die"?

So basically, I think It was a red light or something so, They attempted to stop me which playing as a crim I fancied a chase however I crashed around red carpark and hid for a min and wanted my car back so, Jumped back in but Desync won in the end when the police car rammed a few hundred times a second haha so the car was cooked and I decided to pick a fight with the officer (As you do) and I lost that fight. Next we went down to the police station where I asked for a solicitor (None were online) I was playing the "its not my fault card in the cells" (this didnt work) I asked for the cuffs to be removed however the officer declined due to my aggressive nature. So I /me Bashes head against wall and did /die the RP off the back of this one was great I went to hospital got sorted out however was still in cuffs, No way to change that so I tried talking my way out of it. They were having none of it haha, the officer in this situation was a little fed up I guess because he stopped talking, I asked to eat food (at this point it had been like an hour 20 something like that, so I asked him to pull over which he did but once he let me out of the car there was no other officers willing to come and watch me eat so I still couldnt get the cuffs off so I set up a senario where I said I was feeling unwell due to lack of food and water, (Going for a classic case of police neglect) in court and did /Die for the second time. I got revived and sent into prison. I felt like there was no way I could win (However I did manage to prolong the inevitable). Then I made a ticket to share my experience to see if it might make a difference to any future updates giving would be prisioners a chance given a certain amount of time to do so to escape solo from police custody without a solicitor ect. This is when I got banned with no warning

No I mean I guess I could have waited an extra minute for my health and hunger to actually deplete and just be downed as I entered prison. And I could have had a little less attitude in the ticket and avoided conflict as it arose. But other than that I don’t really see any other way of making the situation better.

You abused the /die function to down yourself (for a 2nd time in custody) whilst being taken to prison because you didn't like the fact the previous RP hadn't gone your way and that you were given no opportunity to escape.

You did exploit the function, you did not starve.

This appeal process cannot continue as you say you have done nothing wrong, but you have.
