In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I believe I was banned because when I was in the casino with some friends one of them downed me and I logged out.

Why should we unban you ?: At the time I got downed it was getting late so I logged out thinking I could pick up where I left off the next day. As my friends had no intentions with me and I was not in any kind of RP I thought it would be ok to log out and deal with it the next day.

I hope to get given a second chance as admittedly I had not properly read through all the rules but after now having some time out with this ban I have thoroughly read through them.

I realise now I should of let my friend take me to the pill box and resolve my situation of being downed before logging off as combat logging as a whole can ruin other players experiences and isn't fair.

So why join a rp server without reading the rules properly first? If you were really serious about being here, you would have made sure to know what is expected of you, no?

Thanks for the quick response. In all honesty this is my first experience of playing GTA RP and I did not expect to enjoy it this much nor stick around that long  hence not reading the rules properly when I joined.

I do agree with you though it was stupid of me to not read the rules before playing and have now read through everything to ensure I bring the best RP and contribution to this server.

I would love a second chance as this is the best server around, I Love this city and will be absolutely gutted if I am not able to be a part of this community once more. If given a second chance I can guarantee to you that I will not be braking any rules in the future to ensure the best experience for myself and especially for others that I encounter.

After making this mistake and having some time out I now fully understand why the rules are so important to ensure everyone gets the best experience possible and a fair one.

Please quote me the rule that you broke and explain, in your own words, why it is in place and what would happen if it was not.

 
The rule I have broken is: (C2.3) Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

I believe that this rule is in place to keep the integrity of role playing. This rule is in place to ensure and maintain a fun but fair experience for all players involved.

If this rule was not in place it would ruin the entire purpose of having a role-playing server as players would log out to avoid certain scenarios such as being arrested by police or being killed or taken by other players in order to save gear or not having to rp. 

Without this rule role playing would not work therefore I fully understand why it is in place and given a second chance I would not be braking it or any others again.

I am going to give you a chance. Any ban within the next 6 months will be permanent again and much harder to come back from, keep that in mind.
