Reason given for your ban: C1.2

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I got into a fight with someone while driving close to Pillbox. He yelled a few things at me, I got out of my car, and then there was some verbal and physical contact before I drove away. He came storming back towards me with knuckle dusters as I was driving away. I got out of the car, and he started to beat me up. I lost my composure in the face of the circumstance and how it played out and used a derogatory term to describe him. Using foul language that just came out of my mouth without thinking. I was banned because I broke c1.2 rules a little more than nine months ago, which I now see as improper and unacceptable.

Why should we unban you ?: I've been banned for a little more than 8 months now. I've had a lot of time to reflect throughout this period, and I do sincerely regret what I did. I've expressed my regret to the involved party, and I can see why I was banned. This has never happened before, and I can promise you that I don't frequently use words or phrases that are so offensive. As previously said, I sincerely regret what I said and have apologized to the person.
I would never purposely do something to someone to make them feel like they were being singled out or bullied because this community is so wonderful. I was surprised by myself at the time the word accidentally came out of my mouth because I don't typically utter things of this nature. After some time away from the server and considerable reflection, I am aware that what I did was wrong and that it will never happen again. If given the chance, I'd like to go back into roleplaying on the server and redeem myself by demonstrating that the incident is not a genuine representation of who I am. I feel revived after the experience. I sincerely apologise for what I said, have accepted responsibility for my deeds, and sincerely hope I can rejoin the wonderful community that RPUK provides.

You've mentioned this has never happened before and you don't use said terms that are offensive, So why did you in this situation? What made this situation any different? 

 
You can be sure that I won't do it again since, I've learned that RPUK is a wonderful community and have since attempted to improve myself in RP terms and when things go wrong. You can be sure I won't do it again because I've thought over what happened while I've been banned and have come to there conclusion that what I should have done was to just remove myself from the situation, take a deep breath, and speak to the other person or individuals involved. I sincerely hope you would forgive me for what I did and accept my apology for my earlier deeds.

 
I understand you are trying to come back however you've not answered my questions above, Why did you in this situation? What made this situation any different?

I started playing fivem around the time I was banned nine months ago, so I had a general understanding of the rules but not a complete one. Instead of withdrawing myself from the situation when other players used cruel language towards me that was not against the rules, I was foolish enough to respond which caused me to break rule c1.2. You don't have to trust me, I get it, but I've changed, Although the regulation can stop people from expressing things, that other players might find disrespectful or offensive, nobody really knows what other players are experiencing, RP or no RP. Rudeness or criticism of another person is inappropriate and should not be done. Now, if I were to find myself in the same situation again, everything would be different. I would make every effort to completely leave the situation, to alter my mood or take a break or Just keep things mutual with one and another.

 
If given another chance to return what are your plans within the community? 

We do understand that some situations there will be people trying to wind each other up, Trying to get an upper hand or simply trying to make one person annoyed it does fall under the roleplay pretence that their character has built up and that's how ones character is, Being mutual with everyone in all honesty would be a task in of itself, So we do get some situations have tensions. Now you've mentioned you would take a break ect should things get to much for you, Is this something you feel you can do easily should it get to that point? 

 
Since I have evolved as a person, I believe I can easily make every effort to fully leave the situation, to change my attitude, to take a break, or just to maintain things mutual with one another. If I was to be give a second change I would want to improve the RP community as a whole. Although it may be difficult for you to understand, If I were to be unbanned, you would see how much I've changed and how much I have to offer the server.

I was banned because I broke c1.2(Homophobic) rules a little more than nine months ago, which I now see as improper and unacceptable.
(C1.2) Discrimination - Do not express discriminatory or otherwise offensive views. This is no place for racism, religious hatred, ageism, sexism, homophobia, gender or disability discrimination.
The purpose of rule C1.2 is to ensure that everyone is fair and that you accept everyone as they are. Additionally, everyone should enjoy themselves in the community, regardless of their views.

 
Until this ban you had a clean record with us. This ban was from December 2021, So nine months ago. You've said you have changed however it's one thing to say it and another to prove this. Seeing how you've conducted yourself here I'm willing to give you the chance to prove yourself and show you are here for the right reasons, Something I believe given how you've been within your appeal. 

Now with this opportunity being given, I wouldn't shrug it off and think well this wasn't a bad process 'Back to doing it again', As if you do get banned for this again or return to the appeals section you will find it more difficult for us to provide another chance. With this in mind I do hope you don't let me down. Before you do log in be sure to be up-to date with all the GTA and Community rules to ensure they are followed moving forth. 

As you've outlined if things are getting a bit much, Take a few minutes to step away and then come back with an open mind. Roleplay is a two way street and once you get into it you will have a wonderful time! So embrace situations regardless of the outcome. Hope you have a wonderful weekend and welcome back!
