Reason given for your ban: G3.1

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I believe I was banned for metagaming. I fully understand why I hold the ban, this was because I was logged into the server just after a situation that a couple of my gang members were involved in.

Why should we unban you ?: When I logged into the server I spawned in behind the fudge lane shop. I then spoke over radio asking where everyone was at - Laz stated he was busy - Omizz said he wouldn't speak about anything over radio so I waited for him to come back to turf. He eventually came back after a small amount of time and he stated 229 had came to turf with the intentions of sticking him up. He had essentially killed them. it was just a small conversation explaining the whole thing. I did not know this OOC I only found out after I had woke up and omizz explained. Therefore I believe I should be unbanned - I was not involved in the situation at all and I did not help in any way. Once logged in I just got on with doing my own thing. I was only told about this. I will ensure in the future this does not happen again.

Omizz started streaming after all of the 3 229 members were dead, I did initially see the stream but I was never involved in the situation and only got on when the situation was done as seen in the clips provided. When i had connected they were already dumped but omizz and the others decided to change the locations of them and i only stayed on turf when the situation was ongoing. 

That's all I can say the rest of the information is on the initial appeal. 

 
Thats just not true though. Omizz starts the stream after he downed two 229 members.

You state you stayed on turf whilst the situation was ongoing but you've provided clips shown you at the situation dumping the 229 members?

 
the clips the i have provided are clips from robs pov just to show that i was on turf asking where they were and thats when laz stated he was doing something like i have said in the initial appeal
