Reason given for your ban: c2.2 g2.9

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I believe I was falsely banned because when I got a warning for exploiting I stopped instantly and that I don't have another character to transfer money to

Why should we unban you ?: I firmly believe this is a false ban because I don't have any other characters to transfer to. I only use 1 character which is Terry Simmons so it would be impossible for me to transfer items to another character of my own. As for C2.2, I cant recall any previous incidents where I have exploited in such manor.

There is a character called Rodger Hank do you know who that person is?

 please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned because me and my friend didn't read the rules properly and thought it was a good idea for him to money exploit.

I also got banned for exploiting through a wall in the police station while waiting for my sentence.

Why should we unban you ?: I have now read the rules properly now and regret my decisions when I first joined the server, I have spent more time on the server snice then and now fully understand the boundaries that I broke. 

If you unban me I won't broke any rules and will continue to respect the rules in place to make the server as fair as possible.

I look forward to playing the server again soon hopefully.

As we had a chat on TeamSpeak as to why you have been banned and through out this appeal, I understand you are a new player which is why I am going to give you a second chance.

With that being said the rule you have broken comes with a player wipe which wipes money, vehicles, houses ect..

Now this doesn't mean you cannot make a new character but if you wish to make a new one you must understand that you cannot make characters for the purpose of trying to get a quick start otherwise you will find yourself back here.

If you are found breaking rules again within the next 6 months you will be right back on a permanent ban.

This is your chance to prove yourself,

Don't mess it up.
