Why do you think you were banned: sharing items between characters is totally unacceptable.
Why should we unban you: good morning.

I appreciate the time you took to review my initial appeal, and I fully understand why it was declined. After taking some time away, I’ve reflected on the rule I broke and why it is in place. I now have a much clearer understanding of how transferring money/items between my own characters disrupts the economy and balance of the server.

I take full responsibility for my mistake and acknowledge that, as a newer player, I should have been more thorough in reading the rules before making financial decisions between characters. It was an honest mistake, not an attempt to exploit, but I understand that my intentions don’t change the rule itself.

I am committed to following all server guidelines moving forward and ensuring that I play within the intended RP structure. If given another chance, I will make sure this does not happen again. I genuinely enjoy being part of this community and would be grateful for an opportunity to continue roleplaying here.

Thank you for considering my appeal, and I appreciate the time and effort you put into maintaining the server.

Good afternoon jessie.

At the time i was transferring items and money there was no roleplay i was alone hence no roleplay, but leading up to this one mistake i made a million by working as a binman meeting new people across the city.

I had also paid tax to gangs and bought cars that you can only do by roleplaying inside the city.

I even made some friends around the city that i look forward to seeing again to be honest.

To be honest it was like 2am and i did not want to play as adam formon, i just wanted to relax a little and play someone new and do things differently i just made the mistake of not being thorough enough reading the rules before i started roleplaying here.

I honestly did not even know i broke a rule until i was permantly banned and it popped up, thats the honest truth.

Since this i have made sure to be way more thorough in reading these.

I am sorry and it will not happen again.

I appreciate this, but I have a concern. You didn't realise you were breaking a rule until you received the ban, so how can you not breaking another rule be assured?

G2.9. Transferring items/money
Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method.

I think this rule is in place to make sure people get the best roleplay experience while making their way in the city.

Well to start i recently joined a gang before i got banned and was looking forward to seeing more of the city as they said, i was meeting lots of new people on my adventures as a miner i wanted to get my skill up on that.
I would regularly check tweedle and marketplace to meet private sellers of cars/bikes.
Also i wanted to save for a particular car that i was going to ask a dealership to look out for because the car was rare to find.
I feel i could bring some genuine roleplay to the community given the chance, again i would like to say that i very much enjoyed the time i spent being a part of the community and would appriciate a second chance.

Because as i said before i have made sure to thoroughly read the rules, and i will be committed to keeping to them in the future if you allow me to rejoin the community.
 
As a part of the unban conditions for G2.9 this comes with a full character wipe.
Due to both parties having assets transferred it'd be a full wipe on Jack Formon and an inventory wipe on Adam Formon.

Do you accept these conditions?

What is your plan should you return?
 
I do accept these conditions.

I do appreciate a second chance thank you, my plan is to just be happy with my second chance and fly back into the city to carry on where i left off before i made such a stupid mistake.

See how the roleplay with this gang goes, not sure if i am even in it anymore and also just enjoy the community meet new people.
It would be nice to catch up with a few friends and make sure i stick to all the rules moving forward.

Which of these characters would you like to keep and which one would you receive a full wipe on? (this wipes includes things like bank, cash, inventory, houses, cars, ect. You would keep your photos, contacts and the memories the character would have made)
