Reason given for your ban: C2.2 Exploiting

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I am aware of why I have been banned, I have been banned for putting my hands up in order to cancel an emote whilst drug dealing.

Why should we unban you ?: As mentioned in my first appeal I was unaware that this was action prohibited as I had missed the Community rules and only read the FiveM City rules. I have now read through the rules thoroughly and I am aware that what I did was wrong and this should not have happened. I have taken the time to think through what I had done and quickly realised that my approach to the first appeal was inappropriate. I strongly believe that If I get unbanned I will be able to maintain a high quality of roleplay and not breach any of the community rules again. This was purely a one-off thing.
If my getting unbanned means a complete wipe of character assets and money I am completely happy for that to happen and I would like to offer a sincere apology for my actions in the evidence provided.

I really hope you understand and I look forward to hopefully being able to play again.

Hello there,

I will admit it did feel wrong as there was no one else doing this; however, I have never been told off for doing this in other cities. This is completely my fault and I am not going to deny this. I would really love to have a second chance and redeem myself.

@Smackywacky_It would be pretty obvious to me that doing something that is clearly not intended was not ok and you don't need someone to tell you off.

How can we trust that you won't do another exploit and tell staff about it, instead keep doing it until you get told off?

I believe that you can trust me because I have re-read the rules to ensure that I know what is and is not allowed. During the appeal cooldown time, I have taken the time to review the community and FiveM server rules.
