Reason given for your ban: C1.7, common sense rule

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for posting an offensive line on tweedle about George Floyd, afterwards I then made remarks about a african american ped referring to him as George Floyd.

Why should we unban you ?: I have had a few months to think on the reasons i was banned and i can fully see why i was banned and i think it was a fair ban. There is no excuse for my actions and i am not going to create an excuse, i was simply doing it as i felt i was being funny and making my “friends “ laugh. Looking back at it now i can see how this was offensive and on the edge of racism. I didn't take into account how this would make other people feel and instead just spoke without thinking. I hope to be unbanned from RPUK as i have made a mistake and have taken the time to reflect on it and learn from it, I want to return to RPUK and bring some good roleplay instead of not taking it too seriously. O have come to learn how good RPUK is and how stable it is in terms of high quality roleplay and would be grateful for a second chance, Id also like to apologise to staff for all of my arguing in my last appeal i guess i was just throwing a tantrum and it was very immature of me. If given a second chance i will not make the same mistake twice, The rule i was banned for was
(C1.7) Common Sense - As a Roleplay game, every situation is different and not everything can be detailed within these rules and so it is important to remember this is an adult community and some things simply come down to common sense.
This rule is in place to make sure everyone thinks and acts respectfully and use their common sense before thinking or acting, the rule is there to protect the community and to ensure high quality Roleplay is maintained through out the server.

I have made my fair share of mistakes and rulebreaks on RPUK but i am ready to come back fresh and bring good roleplay moving forward. Thanks for reading my appeal and i hope you have a good day!

I hope we're doing well tonight. 

Here we are again, I hope the two months I originally gave you made you realize the situation you've caused, and I hope you've learned from it, and took time off to educate yourself. 

Now to quote something I have quoted in your previous unban appeal, which is strangely not mentioned here as well; 

I am very sorry for also saying fucking shemale to some people, i am very ashamed of it.

In your previous appeal you mentioned you poke fun at trans-people, why,? Do you often do this, make fun of people's gender/race?

If this was the level of attitude you gave to people on the server, you don't give me much hope and faith in you.

Class clowns are normally funny, this is, well, far from that, if anything you went way beyond to make your "friends" laugh, don't you think? Not only once, but twice. 
Doesn't paint a good picture for yourself.

Thank you for apologizing to me, but I believe Sammy deserves an apology as well, especially with you throwing your toys around because a staff member called you insensitive child, to which in my opinion was a decent summary of your behavior at that time, don't  ya think? - What changed from 2 months ago? What have you done to improve on yourself?

Hi Mike

I do not poke fun at trans-people or any person unless they are my friends and its banter. I don't like discriminating other people, especially when i am a minority, because that is a bad thing to do. I had made that mistake of calling trans-people shemales because i was not educated in that area. I don't remember doing it more than twice maybe, It has been a long time. I do like the people in the city and i haven't got any trans friends, which makes me not see right. For the past 5 months I have been in another city, and i have been around some older people and i have realized what i did and what i said. In no way i meant to hurt anyone and they taught me a lot. They are former RPUK members and have taught me the standards of the city and all of the things to do. I have realized that what Sammy called me at that time was rather brutal but honest. Sammy, i am really sorry for what i said in my last appeal, It wasn't professional and i had my emotions take too much. I hope you forgive me for what I did. I have been in the AOD in another city, which doesn't as high of a roleplay standard and i have been working my self hard there to be liked by everyone. I try to make my roleplay better and to take some anger management meetings.

So you don't like discriminating against people, but you make fun of trans-people, you make fun of certain deplorable events in America. 
Going on tweedle in game, posting a picture of a dead local and saying "George Floyd", if you posted this on an actual Twitter, do you think you would be banned? 
You would be, wouldn't you, and you would have near impossible times coming back / appealing it.  - I don't understand how you being a minority allows you to say stuff like this or act a certain way.

What kind of standards did they teach you in other cities/servers? 
I want you to understand that any of what you said at any point be it in game or on the forums does not FLY at all. 
I want to be sure that **IF** we took a chance on you and unbanned you, we will NOT be in this situation again.
I would also love to see a more responsibility from you in regards to all that you've managed to cause. 

I also want you to understand that any form of discrimination is NOT allowed on any of our platforms.

I am little confused about the end part...

On another note, I am impressed that you're still trying to get back and have followed (as far as I can see) all the forum restrictions in regards to your unban appeal, which sheds a little hope on your case, but still a lot of work to be done, I think we both can agree on that.
