Reason given for your ban: G1.2 C2.2 G2.9

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: The reason that i was banned was because i used many of my roleplay.co.uk accounts to transfer money between my accounts to make easy money

Why should we unban you ?: Ive been away from the server for a while and during that time ive really had time to think and reflect on what i have done i used multiple accounts in my advantage to make money and it was stupid and a silly mistake and im the one to blame i did it thinking it would be easy money and didnt think about the consequences i played the server for a long time and it is the best server played and no other server really competes to how fun and how great the roleplay is i wasnt really thinking about the punishment i would recieve while using these muliple accounts, i really enjoy playing roleplay and experiencing new things that could happen, i feel ive really had some time to reflect on my actions and what i have done to ruin roleplay and use accounts in my advantage I fully understand the reason that i got banned and ever since i did have been regretting it, i would like to apologise for breaking these rules and i feel that i have learned my lesson from being away from the server

In the situation i will be honest there was no roleplay involved for me to do this i was hot headed with a situation that had happened before and i took it out on this person, there was no need to shoot this person but i did it anyway and i can only apologize for my actions here, i understand that i ruined a experience of roleplay and i am deeply sorry for this.

Do you often get hot headed in situations, How can this in turn be prevented so this doesn't happen again? 

Did you read our server rules prior to your ban, If so why wasn't any roleplay then provided within this situation from yourself? 

Is this the only time this has happened? (referring to the above report)

 
@Stuart Thank you for taking the time to reply,

Im never one to really get hot headed in situations im normally calm and collected and i think the day that this happened so many bad things happened that i had got a bit heated and took it out on this player i feel to prevent this when starting to get heated i should probably take a step back cool down and return once ive calmed down, I did read the rules and during this situation i just wasnt thinking of the consequences that would follow, I will be honest this was not the first time that this has happened ive had a situation where the same thing happened and i was messing around and killed someone it was just poor roleplay from me and i understand  that its unacceptable and just poor roleplay overall.

When you say this has happened before, Do you mean where you provide sub-par roleplay to others you are downing, If so why is this the case if it is a reoccurring thing?

Lets talk about the money transfer. You mention that is was a silly mistake, However with this it's common sense that it wouldn't be allowed same as any other game. So why did you do this, What was there to gain from this? 

When transferring money across other characters, Did you do this on your own or did you get help from others?

 Yes i feel that sometimes when playing roleplay i can become a little silly at times and just not think of what im doing i get bored and decide to do stupid things like kill people for no reason which had ruined roleplay for people and i can only apologize for my actions. I knew the money transfer was a bad idea but my friend thought it would be a quick and easy way for him to get some money so we got accounts to transfer then we sent money back and forth before eventually my friend has the money, i feel i was being a sheep here and just following what my friends wanted me to do and not take the rules into accountability i do apologize for the poor roleplay and the transfer of the money.

Lets say you are back on the server and you are in your own words bored, How can we be sure that you won't simply do the same thing again? 

In relation to the money transfer ban you picked up with this. There is conditions that come with this type of ban and I'll explain them to you. Since you have four characters and did transfer money over multiple characters to feed one, Three of the four will be deleted. Since you put Callum Fox as the character name above I assume this is the character you wish to keep? If not please provide the name of the one you would like to keep. 

In relation to the one you wish to keep and play on, All money, Vehicles, Inventory ect will be wiped, Meaning you will only keep your roleplay backround, I.e people you've met ect. Since this is a condition overall do you agree to these terms?

if i was to rejoin the server again and i was to get bored i think i would not mess around and be silly i would come off the game until i feel like playing again, Yeah callum fox is my main account and i completely agree to the terms.

Whilst we all have a laugh and a joke playing there is a limit as per the report Charles linked above where it did indeed go to far. I wouldn't just follow others in their actions as if you down someone and not much if any RP is given then the responsibility falls on yourself. So knowing that line is important. 

In relation to the full character wipe and deletion of the other characters, This has been requested and we will update you on when this has happened. Please note this will take some time to be completed. 

In relation to the rules, You've mentioned you have read them so we will put this to the test. Can you quote all the rules you have been banned for and in your own words explain why you believe we have such rules in place?

The first rule that i have broken is money transfer where somebody uses multiple accounts as a advantage to make money, The reason that this rule is here is to stop players from getting a unfair advantage in making money without working for it, The second rule i broke was RDM which is when someone kills another player without any action or roleplay involved, this rule is here to stop people killing or attacking other people without any roleplay involved, this rule is here because people deserve to have a fun roleplay experience without having to get killed without reason.

Indeed you do seem to have a better understanding of the rules since taking the time to read them. I would suggest just having a re-read over the GTA and community rules to ensure you are aware of the other rules whilst the wipe is pending. We will update the appeal when this has been done and move forward with the unban for yourself.

So as mentioned you will be given another chance to prove yourself and follow the rules. As mentioned above it's a good idea to read up on the rules to have a better understanding before joining so you are aware of our rules. With this chance I do hope you don't let us down as any ban within the 6 month period will land you right back here as per our fair bans system.
